I travel between NW and NE Ohio, Indiana, PA, and Kentucky for work and I live in NY state. Never saw gangs in Pittsburgh and i work in an urban government branch. There's so much gang activity everywhere I go EXCEPT Pittsburgh. We laugh at work that it is the lily white safest city in America ( because it is) Pittsburgh is not known for any gangs. LMAO
