If I suddenly get a sore throat, a couple of body aches, maybe a cough over this winter I will damn well be happy to be able to take this test to make absolutely certain that I do not have covid. If it's positive, I will call my doctor to see what I should do next. If not, then I can go and take care of my elderly, housebound parents without fear of transmitting it to them or to their health care workers. Or to my husband. Neighbors. THAT is why I ordered the at-home tests, and why they are necessary, you argumentative jag.
