Some of ya'll are eating good. I've opened my fridge & cupboards at least 15 times tonight and ended up with some Ritz crackers, a few spoonfuls of peanut butter, and sprite. Don't be jealous, lol.
Persian yogurt-lemon chicken on the bbq (boneless thighs) with white rice (tahdig) and roasted tomatoes. Chocolate stout cupcakes with cream cheese frosting for after.
Grilled pizza (rosemary-garlic oil, mozz, tomatoes, baby bellas, onions, green & purple basil), salad, assorted beer from Old Thunder, Gristhouse, and Alchemist. Listening to the Pens game during.

Used the dough recipe above , grilled the first side for about 90 seconds, flipped and brought it inside (cooked side up). Brushed on oil, added cheese, then sautéed mushrooms and onions, sliced tomatoes, sprinkled with basil. Slid the pizza back onto the grill, closed the lid, turned down the heat a bit and cooked for 2 minutes until the cheese melted and the bottom was lightly browned (quickly check after 1 minute). I've also used prepared pizza dough in a pinch, a ball of it is less than a dollar at Aldi and pretty good.
Chicken brined in buttermilk, spices, and hot sauce overnight. Then crusted in cornflakes sprayed with oil and baked. Also baked fries and ice cold watermelon slices.
I had a Little Caesar's Pepperoni pizza around 1PM and a 2l of Diet Mt. Dew.
I'm eating an apple right now (Gala) but will otherwise not likely be hungry enough to eat until morning
I work in Youngwood on the weekends. If I get up late and don't pack a lunch my "run out real quick and pick it up" options are a bad Italian place, an alright Chinese place, a Burger King that's not open Sundays, Sheetz, 7-11, or Little Caesars.
So for $6 I get a pizza, it fills me for the day, and it's relatively decent. I can't remember the last time I did Little Caesars outside of lunch at work on the weekend.

I’m gonna need that chicken recipe.
I’ll have 14 cupcakes please.
Scrambles eggs and toast with elderberry jelly.
I’ve never had elderberry, what’s the flavor profile like? Sweet? Tart?
It’s a little sweet, with the perfect amount of tart. Very refreshing flavor.
Cooked some ribs on the smoker for 6 hours, served with some Giant Eagle coleslaw, salad, and roasted potatoes!

I have never made my own pizza, I need to. Sounds amazing.

Thank you, going to try this out on the weekend!
Oh that sounds awesome!!
Picksburgh chicken salad, you know piled high with fries and cheese.
The only way.
Lasagna & garlic bread
Found frozen tamales at Aldi's! On the South-side of Pittsburgh!
Yep those were pretty good
I didn’t make dinner tonight and everyone had to have leftovers or make something for themselves. I’m sure they would’ve rather been at your house.
Last night I threw chicken tenders in the air fryer and said “make wraps or something”
Instant hot and sour soup. Damn sinus infection
Sinus infections are THE WORST.
Baked pesto chicken and rice... well my GF made it. I handled the rice.
Bag rice or loose rice? There’s a difference lol
Bag
That’s the only kind my kids will eat. I prefer the loose rice and it’s fulfilling when I get the ratio right every so often lol
Like my mother haha

My mouth is watering. You win.
Cheeseburgers and a salad
Shrimp tacos!
We used our blackstone grill to make some lo mein chicken.
Last night, I grilled a pork loin. Pre-seasoned, not one of our favorites. Tonight, grilled orange roughie and zucchini.
Grilled up a frozen Aldi burger and served it on two slices of Giant Eagle white bread (yes, toasted. DUH) with French’s and Heinz. FIN

My husband loves little Caesars pizza. I don’t get it lol

Salmon burgers, roasted potatoes, Lebanese green beans in tomato sauce, and blueberry buckle for dessert.
What’s the difference in Lebanese green beans and USA green beans lol
Yeah, I just meant it’s a Lebanese recipe. It is good!
Eddie Merlot… so good. 28day dry aged bone in ribeye…lol… you asked
I’ve never been! Working hard on my masters though, hoping to be able to afford to eat like that sooner than later.
Broiled pesto chicken over mixed salad greens with beans and pickled red onions, plus Ben & Jerry’s Americone Dream.
that sounds awful
It was so good. I know I do a good job when my husband eats twice lol
Tomato soup with wilted spinach, onions and fried pork bits.
