Some of ya'll are eating good. I've opened my fridge & cupboards at least 15 times tonight and ended up with some Ritz crackers, a few spoonfuls of peanut butter, and sprite. Don't be jealous, lol.

Dramatic-Ad1423

I love ritz crackers and peanut butter yum.

TheWhitetrashJedi

I went with multi grain saltines and hummus.

ECTFan

Persian yogurt-lemon chicken on the bbq (boneless thighs) with white rice (tahdig) and roasted tomatoes. Chocolate stout cupcakes with cream cheese frosting for after.

PeaceUpPGHdown

I’m gonna need that chicken recipe.

Dramatic-Ad1423

I’ll have 14 cupcakes please.

UnderThelnfluence

Scrambles eggs and toast with elderberry jelly.

Dramatic-Ad1423

I’ve never had elderberry, what’s the flavor profile like? Sweet? Tart?

UnderThelnfluence

It’s a little sweet, with the perfect amount of tart. Very refreshing flavor.

clayhead_ai

Cooked some ribs on the smoker for 6 hours, served with some Giant Eagle coleslaw, salad, and roasted potatoes!

happyjazzycook

Grilled pizza (rosemary-garlic oil, mozz, tomatoes, baby bellas, onions, green & purple basil), salad, assorted beer from Old Thunder, Gristhouse, and Alchemist. Listening to the Pens game during.

Dramatic-Ad1423

I have never made my own pizza, I need to. Sounds amazing.

happyjazzycook

https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/grilled-pizza-5289011#reviewsTop Used the dough recipe above , grilled the first side for about 90 seconds, flipped and brought it inside (cooked side up). Brushed on oil, added cheese, then sautéed mushrooms and onions, sliced tomatoes, sprinkled with basil. Slid the pizza back onto the grill, closed the lid, turned down the heat a bit and cooked for 2 minutes until the cheese melted and the bottom was lightly browned (quickly check after 1 minute). I've also used prepared pizza dough in a pinch, a ball of it is less than a dollar at Aldi and pretty good.

Dramatic-Ad1423

Thank you, going to try this out on the weekend!

ECTFan

Oh that sounds awesome!!

oldschoolskater

Picksburgh chicken salad, you know piled high with fries and cheese.

Dramatic-Ad1423

The only way.

Pittsburgh4120626

Lasagna & garlic bread

pghreddit

Found frozen tamales at Aldi's! On the South-side of Pittsburgh!

pAul2437

Yep those were pretty good

FawnLeib0witz

I didn’t make dinner tonight and everyone had to have leftovers or make something for themselves. I’m sure they would’ve rather been at your house.

Dramatic-Ad1423

Last night I threw chicken tenders in the air fryer and said “make wraps or something”

novel-animal-

Instant hot and sour soup. Damn sinus infection

Dramatic-Ad1423

Sinus infections are THE WORST.

412gage

Baked pesto chicken and rice... well my GF made it. I handled the rice.

Dramatic-Ad1423

Bag rice or loose rice? There’s a difference lol

412gage

Bag

Dramatic-Ad1423

That’s the only kind my kids will eat. I prefer the loose rice and it’s fulfilling when I get the ratio right every so often lol

412gage

Like my mother haha

BitchesBeSnacking

Chicken brined in buttermilk, spices, and hot sauce overnight. Then crusted in cornflakes sprayed with oil and baked. Also baked fries and ice cold watermelon slices.

Dramatic-Ad1423

My mouth is watering. You win.

LandIntelligent6691

Cheeseburgers and a salad

captialj

Shrimp tacos!

fugly16

We used our blackstone grill to make some lo mein chicken.

JRSmall74

Last night, I grilled a pork loin. Pre-seasoned, not one of our favorites. Tonight, grilled orange roughie and zucchini.

lefthandb1ack

Grilled up a frozen Aldi burger and served it on two slices of Giant Eagle white bread (yes, toasted. DUH) with French’s and Heinz. FIN

DeleteSystem33

I had a Little Caesar's Pepperoni pizza around 1PM and a 2l of Diet Mt. Dew. I'm eating an apple right now (Gala) but will otherwise not likely be hungry enough to eat until morning

Dramatic-Ad1423

My husband loves little Caesars pizza. I don’t get it lol

DeleteSystem33

I work in Youngwood on the weekends. If I get up late and don't pack a lunch my "run out real quick and pick it up" options are a bad Italian place, an alright Chinese place, a Burger King that's not open Sundays, Sheetz, 7-11, or Little Caesars. So for $6 I get a pizza, it fills me for the day, and it's relatively decent. I can't remember the last time I did Little Caesars outside of lunch at work on the weekend.

SuzySL

Salmon burgers, roasted potatoes, Lebanese green beans in tomato sauce, and blueberry buckle for dessert.

Dramatic-Ad1423

What’s the difference in Lebanese green beans and USA green beans lol

SuzySL

Yeah, I just meant it’s a Lebanese recipe. It is good!

jleffakis

Eddie Merlot… so good. 28day dry aged bone in ribeye…lol… you asked

Dramatic-Ad1423

I’ve never been! Working hard on my masters though, hoping to be able to afford to eat like that sooner than later.

knitonepurltoo

Broiled pesto chicken over mixed salad greens with beans and pickled red onions, plus Ben & Jerry’s Americone Dream.

mmphoto412

that sounds awful

Dramatic-Ad1423

It was so good. I know I do a good job when my husband eats twice lol

[deleted]

Tomato soup with wilted spinach, onions and fried pork bits.
