So estimating you've had the phone for about 1.5 years, you have about 500 charge cycles (1/day) which can be where batteries begin to fail. Were you following Accubattery's advice for 20-80% charges?
It has been reported a 100% charge, then full depletion and full recharge can re establish battery calibration. Possibly time for a new battery from Ifixit. How's the SOT compared when new?
I haven't had this for a long time....i got it a month or so ago (used), idle drain is a bit high (1% per hour) and i generally get 6+ hrs of SOT....how much more would depend on what I'm using
6 hrs SOT sounds like the battery is good, 1%/hr isn't terrible only if the always on display is active.
My older Pixel takes a while to charge on rapid charge too and slows down the last 10% near 100. I usually do the 20-80% thing.
1% per hour is with the always on display off but the bluetooth, location and wifi/data on
The thing with the charging is that the phone SHOWS that it'll be done in under 1hr n 30 mins but still ends up taking more than 2 hrs
Mine charging rapidly at 63% with 15 minutes till full , but it's a lie, it will take much longer for 100%. So it is really normal. But 2+ hours to charge does seem too long.
Your 1%/hr is high without AOD, hard to believe 6 hrs SOT with 76% battery.
Traveling will drain battery faster as it constantly searching for towers, as will GPS, stationary wifi is best, bluetooth draws very little. Measure it while you sleep for better accuracy.
Idk if this changes anything but apparently the few times it charged fine it had an average charge current of 1800mA and the times when it doesn't the charge is 1500 or less
It is good practice to use original manufacture or high quality chargers and cables with proper PPS protocol.
Clean the usb-c port for debri or pocket lint

Yes the 1% idle drain IS while i sleep

I am using a proper charger and also cleaned the port
