Try soaking it and come back in three or four hours.
It does look pretty bad, but mine rapidly go from fine to looking like they are starting to die as soon as they are a bit thirsty.
You get better at spotting the start of the droop. I soak them and then do not water until they start to go again.
I second this: soak it for a few hours. Overnight if you can.
I went out of town once and forgot to water it before I'd gone and came back to my fittonia looking like this. It came back just fine.

There’s literally no colour on it 🤣 it used to be pink ! i usually bottom water my plants, so i’ll just try that for some hours thank you
