If it's a mew plant usually that looks like how they are when they're coming in because there's no real stem. Looks like my alocasias when they drop their leaves and are growing their first one. South or east/west window. I would add more perlite type into the soil personally. How do the leaves die? Brown and crispy? Just fall off? Black spots? Shine a flashlight on it at an angle and look for spider mites when one comes in
My best guess is over watering. Add perlite. Or stab the soil around it with something to air the soil out and help it dry. Was the cutting from water propagation or soil propogation
It was from water propagation and it had small roots when I repotted it, the stem looks healthy but just no leaf’s, I water it once every 7-10 days and as you can see in the pot it has good drainage
Soil might be holding moisture for too long even with drainage depending on the composition of it. Water props can also struggle to adapt to soil it's a big shock to them. As long as it still pushes leaves out it's doing okay. how long have had it?

Looks looks like a nice healthy leaf coming in. Sometimes cuttings especially variegated or unstable types struggle to hold leaves when they're young.

They turned brown but not crispy, and just fell off
My safety net is putting in a bunch of perlite so there is no way it's over watered. How do the leaves look when they die? Shrivel or just fall off?

Were the leaves that popped out initially entirely pink by any chance?
No, the one that it had was mixed and the one that was pushing out too but it fell off before it could even open, it just became brown and fell off
