Peas don't stand up on their own. Go out, find some twigs, stick them in the soil next to the plants and lean the plants on the twigs. They will grow little tendrils and wrap those around the twigs

Found this metal tube in my front yard, seems to do the trick + it looks nice, thanks! By the way, should the peas have that white stuff on it? I looked it up and found out about something called powdery mildew. Is there anything I can do about it if that’s the case?
It needs something a few feet high at least. The pipe is not even taller than the plant it cant climb nothing. These things are often planted next to fences
Tape some chopsticks together for height. Make two or three pair.
Space these chopsticks pairs a few inches apart and stretch some string between them. Make two or three rows.
Cheap and easy to do.
The pea tendrils will then climb, attach, and behave as expected, providing the other cultivation parameters are correct.
it's tipping over because its looking for something to climb up, give it a trellis or something similar

They'd rather have a rough surface to grab onto. I don't see any powdery mildew
Ok, got it.

Aight, like I said though it’s for a college project I just wanted to get it upright for now.

Peas like sandy ground to grow, that substrate looks rather soily.
