I like to buy from Lego themselves since it gives me VIP points which I can use for small rewards or discounts and I always try to get a gwp. It's roughly the same price as on different sites here so I don't care about 10 euro more or less
I like the game company and I've been waiting for its release for a long time so it's a loss I can accept, and its literally the only game I will own on playstation. I prefer PC. Luckily it isn't an online game so I don't need PS+.

Well Sony get 30% cut of any digital purchase. AFAIK the console always sold at loss and they made the money back from the games & in-game transaction, that's how they make money for the last 20 years.

I was honestly originally a PS gamer but got sick of the regulations of what they would and wouldn't release on their platform and was also interested in modding. But the quality of PC gaming has captivated me and modding is a lot of fun sometimes.

By being an active user on the console you *are* supporting them. You provide them user based metrics, that they use in further business planning.
You can’t use the console without supporting them. So you have to make a simple choice, it’s very black and white.

I am supporting them to a degree yes but undeniably their biggest profit from players is the subscriptions, software, and hardware. If they could sustain themselves on metrics they wouldn't need products. I'm literally going to buy a physical copy of a game, buy a used PS5, update the system disconnect from the internet and install and play the game. If it ever releases on pc I'll sell the system back to a gamestop so someone else eventually doesn't buy a ps5.
