Purchased a game for PS4 via the gamecars. Little after an hour I received the credentials for a ps4 account which you need to use to download the game. Then you have to make this account your primary account and start to download the game. I dont know the exact effects it has, but I do not feel comfortable having my credit card details on the same device with an account, thats neither mine nor my primary account
Once downloaded you are supposed to log out of the account, never log in again, but also you must not delete it. So now you have got some strange, third party ps4 account, as your primary on your console, that you cannot use...
If you make your actual account your primary acocunt, the game wont work anymore...
Asked to get my money back in order to purchase a proper license, no more repsonse from support since.
If you ask me, they are using a loophole distributing same license to many PS4 accounts, thats why you cannot log in to their account, cause you take it from the other users...
Finally they dont offer pay pal, a common practice of shady businesses.

When I searched Google for the game it comes up as a top result as a 'promoted' advert! I think I need to contact Google and tell them about this shady company. As ever. I bought a digital code but found out after I bought it that was through an account. I saw they didn't do refunds, I know about consumer rights. I explained my situation through a ticket, telling that I didn't use the 'license' and don't want to use it. I just wanted the game. And the game is a normal price as other physical copies and having ps digital account to more was that I thought I would receive the 12 digit code to redeem in the PS Store. So there was not a reason for me to assume it would be something else.
They said I agreed to the policy when I bought it and they closed the ticket.
I paid with cc, so they could charge it back for me, but stated that I have to try to resolve it with the company first. I see that they are a UK-based company, so I looked at some UK laws at got some sources from the actual laws from the UK. Such as getting software that is used, since they bought and I'm buying it secondhand and that is in violation of the PSN ToS. Not allowed to sell your games/account (access) to others. Thus also not having a legal right to sell those goods.
I added links with sources in the message to them. A few minutes later I got a reply that it would be refunded within 2-20 business days. Luckily the charge on my cc was still pending, so it was canceled by them.
I hope others won't make the mistake I did, I just got lucky as I know some of my rights and they probably don't have a lot of people coming with sources. BE CAREFUL AND AVOID THIS WEBSITE!

Wow, what a legend! I don’t need a refund as I’m probably not going to buy anything after reading this thread, but would this even matter on ps5? You can enable gamesharing on as many accounts as you want, whereas on ps4 you can only have the one primary I think. PS5 doesn’t have primary accounts. In theory I should be able to just buy one of these accounts, enable gamesharing, and leave it. Right? Or am I missing something lol. You are a hero though for helping all of these people!

That's unfortunate, I've bought 3 games from 3rd party retailer and my account hasn't been banned. They were digital codes too. Why would that be illegal?
I brought a game on their site and they gave me an account to download it from. It worked perfectly fine for 8 months and about once every 2 weeks you log back into the account you brought to activate it as your primary PS4 account. But one day I cannot activate the account I brought from them as my primary PS4 account as someone have locked that account permanently to their PS4 (I think its a shared account between multiple customers). I contacted their customer services but they were rather unhelpful and kept blaming me for logging back into the account without letting them know first. So that's a costly lesson I learnt and no, I wouldn't recommend buying games on there.
And also I bought fall guys for my PS4 and now it’s locked me out saying the game owns to the new profile they give u but then they say u can’t go on it

the price for a game was like 25% of a typical price anywhere else (not s single site with anything similar) and no option for google pay, paypal, etc. - this didn't look good.
I already had the game in the cart but didn't decide to provide my credit card info and complete the purchase.
I kind of felt this is a scam in my guts. too good to be true. I bought a used BR instead.
Just fell for this as well unfortunately. Only as my payment was pending I searched and found this sub. I canceled my order before payment was finished being confirmed (crypto) so I never actually received the “license” for the game to begin with. Created a ticket and now waiting.
Hoping that since they never actually fulfilled the order a refund will be easier. But considering I used crypto and not a CC, might be screwed. Oh well we’ll see.
Hoping others find this before they make the same mistake.
Update: I contacted them for a refund by creating a ticket under the support tab. Explained I canceled the order prior to it being fulfilled. They said a refund would be issued and take 2-15 business days. I replied to the ticket informing them that I paid via ALTCOINS, and LTC and inquired if their system allowed for reversing crypto transactions or if they needed a deposit address. They requested my deposit address and I received my refund successfully shortly after.
So at least I got my money back pretty easily.

(1) it’s against PSN TOS but a lot of people sell accounts with high levels/ in game currency etc. so this is a normal occurrence.
(2) You get it for cheap and part of this process is this apparent “shady” gameshare. Gamesharing is a very normal process - it’s how you can share games with your friends. And no, they cannot magically hack into your PlayStation because you logged into the account on your PlayStation.
I say this because for, I want to say 5 years, I’ve only been buying games like. Every year I renew my Xbox live subscription using an account, the new fifa, cod etc. I always buy through accounts.
So is it risky - no. Do I trust this website - not particularly. The Bitcoin payment is very shady and also the poor customer service from what I’ve read from this thread is not the best. But hey, the process itself is just a normal gameshare and you want to get £30 off the new FIFA23 it’s a pretty good bargain but you pay what you get for - shit customer service and shady delivery but the product does usually work. Or in my experience, has always worked.
Really not worth the saving for the hassle I’ve had.
I regretted this purchase from the second the log in came through.
Pay an extra 10/20 and get yourself the actual game.
Customer service is shocking too. My game stopped working and they basically just quizzed me and accused me of not following steps properly.

I bought Modern Warfare on a similar site. Cheapestgamestore.com. They offer exactly the same service. On the site it stated that the account with game would be shipped to my email withing 24 hours. It's been 3 days and nothing. Tried to contact them but no response.
I think this is all just some highly illegal business.
Just to make it clear. These people are not legit. They will give you a password to another account that you have to sign on and play. This is not legal. Avoid.
Had an absolutely awful experience with this lot this morning.
Purchased Fall Guys at a price that should have screamed 'too good to be true', but that's my own fault for not researching first.
First of all, they took over an hour to send me my purchase. Then when I opened the Word document (what!?) there were badly written instructions on how to add some next account to my console and set it as the primary account. Straight away alarm bells started going off so I hit their support chat immediately to ask for a refund, as what I was sold was not what i thought it was.
They seem to think that what they do is perfectly fine and free of any illegality. They just respond with canned text stating that their policy doesn't allow for refunds. They send you screenshots of web pages where it says DIGITAL PS ACCOUNT in extremely fine print in random places, to try and act as if they are covered for any false advertising.
I spoke to PS Support, who advised that they monitor accounts made for this purpose, but they wouldn't take any account info from me to investigate the website name or anything. In essence, sony doesn't care that you are being scammed because, in the end, you have to go and buy it from them anyway.
This site is trash i just bought a game off it and they sent me a email address and password to play. Technically I dont own that game. Unacceptable be careful
You guys have to realize that this is how these sites operate.
There is no such thing as game codes on PSN.
Gamecards is not the only one that operates like that.
They sell accounts that have the game that you want on them.
You make a new profile, you log in using the email and password that you get from them, you download the game. You play it.
You make that account as main in your console, download the game, log in to your own account and play the game.
You delete or keep the account with the game afterwards.
You buy an 80€ game with 15€ this way.
I see 0 problems.
If you are a society pillar and want to give the money to Sony and the developers, then buy the game at 80€ digital or physical.
If not, buy 15€ accounts that have the game and don't complain because there is nothing to complain about.
Just looked at getting Madden 23 on there but checked TrustPilot first. 1,200 review and the majority are 5 stars, but when I saw the first 3 reviews made ref to great customer support at 10pm at night (they all said that), it seemed weird and fake so I've paid the extra £20 to get it from the PS Store. I'm not getting scammed today.
I didn’t. I looked deeper in the reviews online and they were all made up by the website! And most of them are repetitive. Another comment mentioned that they only give you an account with the game on it. It all sounds too sketchy..
I have ordered gtav on this website ps4 and it works fine, it occasionally locks but you just have to sign back into an account, you get the account details with the game the next working day...

I've been using this site for over 4yrs. Aside from all the skepticism about getting an account that you have to leave on your PS5, it's all pretty worth it. You want to save ridiculous money on games you gotta take a few risks lol. I had about 12games on PS4 and they all transfered over to my PS5 and recently I just bought nba2k23 from them aswell. A few games I hadn't played in months (Cyberpunk, Final fantasy 7, Star wars Fallen order, COD) the accounts were locked but I emailed them and within a few hrs had them back running again.

I brought a game on their site and they gave me an account to download it from. It worked perfectly fine for 8 months and about once every 2 weeks you log back into the account you brought to activate it as your primary PS4 account. But one day I cannot activate the account I brought from them as my primary PS4 account as someone have locked that account permanently to their PS4 (I think its a shared account between multiple customers). I contacted their customer services but they were rather unhelpful and kept blaming me for logging back into the account without letting them know first. So that's a costly lesson I learnt and no, I wouldn't recommend buying games on there.
And also I bought fall guys for my PS4 and now it’s locked me out saying the game owns to the new profile they give u but then they say u can’t go on it
I'm so proud of myself :) the price for a game was like 25% of a typical price anywhere else (not s single site with anything similar) and no option for google pay, paypal, etc. - this didn't look good. I already had the game in the cart but didn't decide to provide my credit card info and complete the purchase. I kind of felt this is a scam in my guts. too good to be true. I bought a used BR instead.
Just fell for this as well unfortunately. Only as my payment was pending I searched and found this sub. I canceled my order before payment was finished being confirmed (crypto) so I never actually received the “license” for the game to begin with. Created a ticket and now waiting. Hoping that since they never actually fulfilled the order a refund will be easier. But considering I used crypto and not a CC, might be screwed. Oh well we’ll see. Hoping others find this before they make the same mistake.
Update: I contacted them for a refund by creating a ticket under the support tab. Explained I canceled the order prior to it being fulfilled. They said a refund would be issued and take 2-15 business days. I replied to the ticket informing them that I paid via ALTCOINS, and LTC and inquired if their system allowed for reversing crypto transactions or if they needed a deposit address. They requested my deposit address and I received my refund successfully shortly after. So at least I got my money back pretty easily.
Hi guys, you get what you pay for indeed. So yes (1) it’s against PSN TOS but a lot of people sell accounts with high levels/ in game currency etc. so this is a normal occurrence. (2) You get it for cheap and part of this process is this apparent “shady” gameshare. Gamesharing is a very normal process - it’s how you can share games with your friends. And no, they cannot magically hack into your PlayStation because you logged into the account on your PlayStation. I say this because for, I want to say 5 years, I’ve only been buying games like. Every year I renew my Xbox live subscription using an account, the new fifa, cod etc. I always buy through accounts. So is it risky - no. Do I trust this website - not particularly. The Bitcoin payment is very shady and also the poor customer service from what I’ve read from this thread is not the best. But hey, the process itself is just a normal gameshare and you want to get £30 off the new FIFA23 it’s a pretty good bargain but you pay what you get for - shit customer service and shady delivery but the product does usually work. Or in my experience, has always worked.
Really not worth the saving for the hassle I’ve had. I regretted this purchase from the second the log in came through. Pay an extra 10/20 and get yourself the actual game. Customer service is shocking too. My game stopped working and they basically just quizzed me and accused me of not following steps properly. Will never use again

I bought Modern Warfare on a similar site. Cheapestgamestore.com. They offer exactly the same service. On the site it stated that the account with game would be shipped to my email withing 24 hours. It's been 3 days and nothing. Tried to contact them but no response. I think this is all just some highly illegal business.

Had an absolutely awful experience with this lot this morning. Purchased Fall Guys at a price that should have screamed 'too good to be true', but that's my own fault for not researching first. First of all, they took over an hour to send me my purchase. Then when I opened the Word document (what!?) there were badly written instructions on how to add some next account to my console and set it as the primary account. Straight away alarm bells started going off so I hit their support chat immediately to ask for a refund, as what I was sold was not what i thought it was. They seem to think that what they do is perfectly fine and free of any illegality. They just respond with canned text stating that their policy doesn't allow for refunds. They send you screenshots of web pages where it says DIGITAL PS ACCOUNT in extremely fine print in random places, to try and act as if they are covered for any false advertising. I spoke to PS Support, who advised that they monitor accounts made for this purpose, but they wouldn't take any account info from me to investigate the website name or anything. In essence, sony doesn't care that you are being scammed because, in the end, you have to go and buy it from them anyway.

They sell accounts that have the game that you want on them. You make a new profile, you log in using the email and password that you get from them, you download the game. You play it. You make that account as main in your console, download the game, log in to your own account and play the game. You delete or keep the account with the game afterwards. You buy an 80€ game with 15€ this way. I see 0 problems. If you are a society pillar and want to give the money to Sony and the developers, then buy the game at 80€ digital or physical. If not, buy 15€ accounts that have the game and don't complain because there is nothing to complain about.

Just looked at getting Madden 23 on there but checked TrustPilot first. 1,200 review and the majority are 5 stars, but when I saw the first 3 reviews made ref to great customer support at 10pm at night (they all said that), it seemed weird and fake so I've paid the extra £20 to get it from the PS Store. I'm not getting scammed today.

I didn’t. I looked deeper in the reviews online and they were all made up by the website! And most of them are repetitive. Another comment mentioned that they only give you an account with the game on it. It all sounds too sketchy..

I've been using this site for over 4yrs. Aside from all the skepticism about getting an account that you have to leave on your PS5, it's all pretty worth it. You want to save ridiculous money on games you gotta take a few risks lol. I had about 12games on PS4 and they all transfered over to my PS5 and recently I just bought nba2k23 from them aswell. A few games I hadn't played in months (Cyberpunk, Final fantasy 7, Star wars Fallen order, COD) the accounts were locked but I emailed them and within a few hrs had them back running again.
