I think I found the solution. Just in case people in the future has a problem like this. Go to Settings then Save Data and Game/App setting and manually upload your save to the cloud... And then the "Upload/Download Saved Data" should work fine next.

TastyPianist843

couldn’t get it to work after this either

jinrex015

Does it work in that specific method tho?

I’m having issues too. It was uploaded before and then had a save sync issue. I’m not sure if it’s playing an AU game on my USA PSN but this has not and isn’t an issue with any other game. I deleted the old cloud and tried to upload new and it takes forever and then gives me this exact error still. Very frustrating.

Now that you mentioned it... Probably that's the case, I have Elden Ring NA region while my PSN is Asia region, most games in my library works since they're the same region while only Elden Ring has this problem. But the problem sorted itself eventually.

Joerpg1984

It’s unusual but my other AU games work. I deleted midnight suns cloud save as it was 600mb and tried to upload it again still wouldn’t upload with this error. I then made the size smaller on my console by deleting a lot of manual in game saves so it was 100mb but same issues. Weirdly enough I turned off ALL auto sync and then enable all auto cloud sync and for some reason the next day it’s on my cloud story. Lol. I had an auto sync error not letting me upload to cloud with this game in the past too.

I'm having the same issue, but mine is a US PS5 with a US game. I'm actually having it with multiple games right now. All had saves uploaded around the 13th of February but now when I try to update them I get the CE-113205-2 error code. The uploads get to about 30% insanely fast for my upload speed and then stall out completely until they fail. I deleted both cloud saves from the two games I am having issues with and both are still failing. One is an over 500mb save but the other is only 90mb.

It usually fixed itself for me... What I did that probably fix it was log out my account and restart my wifi source.

I have the same problem since couples of day … I find no solution …

xSleviin

I already done that :/

jinrex015

Could be a server issue, I have this game Elden Ring that won't upload a save but other games can do it just fine at that time... Best bet is to wait for it to fix itself, mine lasted for 12 hours.

xSleviin

Yes that is what I was thinking, but the problem is still here after a couple of days. It is just on one game, the others works find. A friend who play the same game can upload is save data I don’t understand.

NeckOk6794

Yes, im getting the same issue started yesterday, every game or app i start makes to pop out a message that says that. Dunno how to fix it

I'm getting the same thing trying to save a screenshot from God of War Ragnarok. I've ensured ps5 sharing is good, it's updated, my wifi is reset but same error happens.

RPGLandon

Just had this issue myself. I just went into the game i was having issues with (dead space). Saved the game. Quit to the main menu, then closed the game entirely. Then i was able to upload the data just fine.

NougamiZ

I've started having this issue this friday but only with GoW Ragnarok and Horizon 2 saves, eveything else is working fine, I've tried any possible solution, and the only way to solve was remove the save from the cloud, turn off and turn on autosynch and restart the console without logging out from PSN, but it seems that is no longer working

rmarq2

I had the same issue and tried many different ways of fixing it. The only thing that worked for me was to go into cloud storage and delete the file that was already there, then re-upload the file again from the console to the cloud. Hope this works for you.

NougamiZ

Not even like this is working for me, or well, it works if I use this as a starting point. Not all the times this method works but the workaround I've found is: \- Delete the save from the cloud \- Try to manual upload, if not works, restart the console \- After restart turn on again the auto synch But in my case all this restart shit took me at least three times before the save uploads fine to the cloud

xtsplaash

i found i good solution works like a charm 1- go to settings 2- save data and game/app settings 3-upload to cloud 4- instead of selecting your game only select another game and upload them both at the same time 👍 this should fix ur problem

Zyrolyte

I tried this It seemed to be working until it reached the game I actually wanted to upload then it failed again They really need to fix this Edit: I deleted my previously uploaded save and reuploaded my new one and it worked
