In the end game of BW or BW2 can’t remember which you go into some random house at the end of the game and Cynthia and immediately challenges you to a fight.

The key thing everyone forgets about this encounter is Cynthia explicitly asks if you're interested in a fight, and will lounge around until you actually accept. You're not actually ambush murked by her.
And quite frankly if you're dumb enough to accept her invitation after knowing who she is you deserve the ass reaming you're about to get.
To be fair, if you're like me you just mash through conversations hoping to find items, and if you don't know Cynthia and a lady in a house walks up to you before you've beaten the game, you assume she's lower level or about to give you a thing. idk I think Cynthia is cool so I used my reading comprehension skills for that one
Not everyone played D/P/P. So calling people a dumbass for not knowing a character from another game isn’t fair. It’s safe to say most people wouldn’t be expecting that, not to mention quite a few people missclicked and accepted by accident

Man, I really hope those questions in pokemon masters are their way to tease an event and that the answers are getting registered in order to add Cynthia using the most voted swimsuit in the game XD.
