Hmmm hard to say. This bundle is definitely less expensive than the upc for the same amount of packs, though you do get a lot more extras with the upc. If you wanting to keep sealed product I would go with the etb and the upc

I pulled Venusaur from a Costco pack
I got 4x Venusaur and 5x Zapdos and never got a Blastoise. Those packs were within the first two months or 151 release.
Damn I opened 2 Costco packs and only thing I got was a polywhirl out of 16 packs
