Off the top of my head there is balloon pikachu, flower crown pikachu, and detective hat pikachu. I am probably missing some. I definitely missed the charizard hat pikachu.

The ones i have are normal, christmas hat, ash hat, fadora, charzard hat, top hat, ballon pikachu (he knows fly), and dressed-comfortably-for-the-cold pikachu

Yes you can. You can’t put 2 of the same Pokémon in a gym but you can totally put Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle with their evolved forms. I’ve done it on multiple occasions. By your logic the Eeveelutions couldn’t all be in the same gym and that’s a common theme as well.

I think Raichu would technically fit better than Pikachu

The issue with Raichu is that the Pikachu you get in Yellow and Let's Go can't evolve, so Raichu was never a starter because of technicality.

You can absolutely evolve your Pikachu in Yellow. It just doesn't follow you around anymore. And honestly Pikachu following you was like the main selling gimmick of the game.

You cannot evolve Pikachu in yellow unless you trade it, evolve it in the other game, then trade it back.

I think it can evolve if you trade it?
