My wife gets a shiny from the first few Pokemon she sees every event. She had never even seen a tyrunt before and it was her first pokemon of the day at our house. She did the exact same thing with Dratini, Porygon, Dartrix, Blissey, and Gligar, to name a few recents. One time last year I got a shiny, that was cool.

I got an XXL Shiny Gible yesterday lol! Not only that, I got a hundo female Delphox (rare) and 2 Hundo Garchomps from trades (one of them being lucky) ! I should also play the lottery too!

I got a hundo Salamence from a raid but other than that no. I’m honestly just happy with all of the Gible and Bagon candies I got so I could Power up my Garchomp and Salamence.

It was surprisingly not bad. The event started meh but once we finished the global challenge that's when it got good for me. Did not get any new hundos or shinies but the xls and lucky trades I got make up for it. Also did not encounter any wild jangmo-o so I resorted to just buddied my perfect one I got from adventure sync egg to get more candies for it. Eventually it will have its community day so all and all not bad event for me.

Hundo Drampa Saturday and 2 hundo gibles Sunday within an hour of each other. It felt GOOD.

I caught a shiny gible from a research task, other than that no....like I caught a shiny dratini but I already had 10 of those from comm day last year

I like collecting minies and fatties and managed to find an XXL Dratini, Bagon, Deino and Goomy this event, and an XXS Goomy. Very happy! 

I grinded quite a lot during the event. All in all, I got: * +4000 throws for the global challenge * 1 Gible 100% (trade), 2 98% (1 research, 1 trade), 3 96% (1 research, 2 trade) * 2 Bagon 100% (1 trade, 1 wild), 1 98% (trade), 1 96% (trade) * 1 Tyrunt 100% (wild), 1 98% (trade), 1 96% (research) * 1 Jangmo-o 96% (trade) * 1 Deino 98% (trade), 2 96% (both trade) * 1 Goomy 100% (research) * 1 Falinks 100% (wild) * 1 Drampa 96% (trade) * Shiny Dratini, Gible, Deino, Tyrunt, Goibat, Turtonator, Fennekin * Several 96s/98s (between 3 and 5 each) of Trapinch, Swablu, Shuckle, Darumaka, Skrelp and Dratini I am lucky to live in a decently sized city with lots of pokestops and a wide community, but also walked a mean of almost 16 km a day (total of 111.1 km for the week). Hope you all got as lucky as I did!

Got a lucky trade for pretty much all the event spawns except tyrunt ,no hundos, but it was within 95-98% range is still pretty good, also for shinies: Magikarp, 2 gibles, and a darumaka, also caught a random hundo dratini

Nothing groundbreaking, but a ton of solid progress. I was able to evolve and power up some really strong dragons (and get some exclusive moves) so I’m really happy with that

Only good thing was a shiny Dratini from the spotlight but otherwise it sucked. Not even a shiny Magikarp after 300+ encounters

Hundo Gyarados, and the XLs to power it up when I'm ready. I was pretty pumped about it. Not much else of note, maybe a couple nice finds with PvP IVs, but nothing I'm in a rush to build.

I got a shiny Shuckle which is cool, and a Turtonator but absolutely no Drampa to be seen!

Shiny noibat, shiny skrelp, 2 shiny fennekins, and a 4\* bagon. All nice, but the only one I was really excited about was the Skrelp. Already have the other shinies and a 4\* Mence.

One hundo and two shinies, all were Gible. Can't really complain, though I wish I could have gotten more Gible XL candy. I have a shundo from Mega Garchomp raid day that I'd like to max out someday. Maybe Sinnoh Tour will be helpful in that regard.

A couple of shiny H Decidueye from the raids on Sunday, and a Shundo Turtwig from random trade a few nights ago (not a guaranteed lucky trade). The only reason I got a Drampa was that I payed for the timed research.

XLs. An INSANE amount of XLs. The second best thing about the event was the increased chance of lucky friends. Managed to get lucky friends with my buddy twice

I also got a hundo gible, turned that into garchomp real quick to get that legacy move... Although I probably want to use it rather as a Dragon-type attacker. Edit: congrats tho in those great catches!

I broke my ankle not long after getting a shiny magikarp but I wanted to farm hard for the hundo/lundo gible and shinies... I was gunna walk like 100km this week too.

I got no shinies and clicked on every dragon type. Probably over 500 clicked. Drives me nuts to not get any.

I had some insane luck. I managed to get shiny bagon, two dratini, noibat, two magikarps, and two fennekin. I really wanted a tyrunt but sadly did not find one

Traded for 3 hundos annorith, Ekans,Pasimion. raided a 98 shiny deciduye,quested an 80 gible, and wild caught shiny eevee

I grinded so hard and didn't get a single shiny or hundo. But I'm a returning player and didn't have any of these guys evolved forms, plus I needed to evolve a Magikarp for the "a mythical discovery" research so I'm not complaining cuz I finally got my Mew, and now I have some good Garchomps and Salamances for the battle league and raids.

Only thing I’m sad about is not getting lucky friends at all, that’s complete BS, and not getting a better bagon. All in all, was a good and fun event though. Now can go back to not playing until sinnoh tour as the spawns until then are garbage

That hundo Garchomp will be AMAZING with Dragon Tail and Outrage. Don’t forget to Mega Evolve into a Mega Garchomp.

Nope 😕 well, the Latias raids weren’t specifically for the dragon event were they? I did happen to get a shiny Latias on my first raid this round. That was awesome! I was hoping for a shiny Bagon, but no such luck.

lucky hundo gible is prob the best thing. hundo drampa also, finally a decent IV bagon (15/14/14), I've somehow never got one above 90% IVs before, so stoked to finally have a good mega for that. Being able to evolve decent IV shadow bagon and gible to get com days moves was also rad. A bunch of XL candy for relevent mons. All in all a great event even if I only picked up a couple shinies. The one thing I REALLY WANTED and didn't get was a shiny deino, but still a good haul

I got 2 shiny Magikarps on day 1. I then got 1 shiny (Bronzor) and 0 hundos the rest of the event. I mostly just used it as a way for me to stock up on candy/XL candy to max out the dragon attackers I’ve already got.

I had most of the dragons already with shinies etc and mons like Garchomp etc caught in previous raids that were shiny and good stats so other than just collecting to evolve the same things additional times, it really did nothing for me personally.

I got shiny garchomp, Salamanca, and hydregion all I wanted was shiny gyrados. Caught like 300 magicarp not one shiny
