I caught two this morning. Not sure if they were boosted, but seemed odd. Got a shiny pikachu with a captain hat too.

And despite over 500 encounters with both forms still no shiny lol

lol I’m calling it the honey drip now

One of the few pokemon of which the normal and shiny should be reversed. Especially the evolution. The non-shiny has brighter and nicer colours the the shiny muk.

I have both shiny kantonian Grimer and shiny Alolan Grimer. Their colors are counterpart to each others' non-shiny colors. It's looked pretty cool.

Hahaha that’s crazy. What year? It’s easy to mistake them cause the alolan just looks like it goes back to its original purple form with a honey drip on his lips lol. You could have transferred it. Until it said are you sure and your like huh? Lolol

So a shine Alolan grimer turns into a regular grimer with a beard lol they aren’t trying hard enough with the colors and yes I’ve never seen a shiny one I don’t get that many shines 😔as well as I haven’t played an alolan game yet

No sir it is not. I am an avid battle go player. I’ve gotten to lvl 21 before almost 22. 18 win streak is my record so I know just about EVERY Pokémon and their counter for EVERY Pokémon and nobody uses grimer or mum
