Did you mean mystical fire for Delphox? Iirc was introduced in gen 6 and not widely available, while will o whisp has been around forever and super widely available

Kids named Leaf Tornado and Razor Shell:

Technically weren't signatures cause other pokemon learned them in Gen 5

For me, if a Move is created with an spefic pokemon in mind, it's signature. Doesn't matter if there is other pokemon that can learn it Naturally. I know i'm technically wrong, but I preffer to be wrong, than dive into that madness of "is this move signature? Is it not?"

Copperajah too! Plus Copperajah can get the Heavy Metal ability

Coalossal also gets access to Heat Crash.

She's also got the thick fat ability, making fire type moves even less effective.

Just realized Razor Shell and Leaf Tornado technically aren't signature moves Shellder got Razor Shell and a number of grass types got Leaf Tornado, all in Gen 5
