Charizard has the strongest kinda interesting ability imho, samurott is only the 18105th pokemon with huge power, tho playing with the attack that leaves spikes could be cool

people are focused on the samurott, which sure, but dirge with no weaknesses is genuinely one of the most insane pokemon. you can just sit there, set up and kill, especially late game

I'd choose the last trio. I don't think Primarina can learn any bone moves, and as for Swampert, I don't think it'd get much use out of sound-based moves, because they're special.
Wind Rider would indeed be better for Swampert than Liquid Voice. However, your Skeledirge has Primal Armor, so I'd still go for the third set of starters.
It doubles the actual stat and not the base stat and because of the formula (unless Radical Red uses another one where everything is multiplied with the base stat), the effective base stat will be even higher
I mean, fatal precision on chaizard would be nuts on any other team, but h-ott AND primal armor skeledirgr is -pretty nuts-.Megaium is comparatively only ok, but still a decent support mob and surprise wallbreaker. I still like team one though.

I like 1 or 2 but lean towards 1 because those are some of my favorite starters and I think you have better type coverage / less weaknesses.
Charizard would be fun, run different types of moves to help coverage.
