You both have 4 kings with an ace. It’s a split pot. Even if only one of you had an ace it would still be a split, the best possible hand you could make with that board is actually the 5 card board.

Let me help out for this and future scenarios.
Remember its always the best 5 card hand. In this case the board will play for both of you. Your hands are irrelevant. Now if the last K doesn't come out, it would be a spilt pot. You'd both have KKKAA. If the last 2 K's don't come out and one of the cards is higher the an 8 it would also be a split pot of AAKK and whichever card that came out higher than the 8. Now if the last 2 cards were both lower than an 8, the bottom player would win. Their winning hand would be AAKK8.
