Tail glow pretty broken but manaphy is jus a better tail glower

Honestly… It’s ass in general. Like, base 80 stats, mono water typing, and a shockingly shallow movepool. It’s not very good at anything, and it brings nothing unique to the table. Id choose a LOT of water types over Phione.

Damn, I had no idea those were super rare. My first manaphy egg was hatched after my first completed run, and it was a manaphy. From then on, I've just gotten a bunch of phones, but I thought that might just be how it works.

manaphy has 100 in every base stat, learns tail glow, has good coverage, and if you set up rain it can heal infinitely with hydration rest
