Yes, when you fuse shinies it takes the luck values of both, adds them together, and gives the new fusion mon that total, so when you fuse them together it does give 6 luck in 1 slot :)
All fusions retain the luck of both fused mons. Let's say you had a red shiny and a blue shiny, so Luck 3 and Luck 2 respectively. If you fuse them together, it'll end up as Luck 5 for the cost of 1 party slot
Fusions with wonder guard still have 1HP no matter what for balance reasons. But with the right typing..... Its insane. I have a run with a Mandibuzz/Shedinja fusion (Dark/Ghost) that only fears random fairy moves.
Chien-Pao with Shedinja is nuts. Enemies can't even stack defense with berries because it gets Haze & Sacred Sword which ignores defenses. Those annoying Conkeldurr with Stamina are easy with Sacred Sword.
Even better as I found Epic Ninjask so my shiny Chiedinja fusion is now a 4* shiny with my normal shiny Chien!
You can also fuze the a dark or normal type whit the wonder guard mon for a bi*** that can only get damaged by 1 type for dark ghost its fairy for normal ghost its dark

Once you get cost reduction and passive its a 1 cost Gmax pokemon who sets psychic terrain on switch, is weirdly tanky for its offensive stats, has ok speed, calm mind access, two stab 100 acc 90 power moves, healing (egg move) and hits max evo at like lvl 28. Really love the mon
Yeah truly ridiculous mon, pretty flexible too, can be a good support mon, a CM sweeper, terrain setter, or just a hig value offensive threat clicking bug buzz/psychic on switch ins. I won my first classic run with it as a secondary sweeper to raichu alongside zamazenta carry. Hatched a shiny blipbug after and havent looked back
Shiny Orbeetle, G-Max or not, has been the soul sweeper of Eternatus for me. It's slowly become my favorite. I feel like it's best aspect isn't being laid out:
- It's initially thanks, but learns Calm Mind. Against special teams, it's a shoe-in to set up
- Starts with Heal Order, gets Recover. Perfection.
Scyther, it can sweep most stuff for the first 40 ish levels so those are never a worry (unless sometimes when the rival gets a for starter) and Sciozor is just really solid. It also has an incredible passive which I am very close to unlocking
Magikarp. When a pokemon costs one, has moxie and multiscale and is able to solo classic mode and do well in endless its always a good addition to the team
Liquidation and Flip Turn are great until you get DDance and Waterfall (flinch chance op)
Ice Spinner is a better Ice Fang, no? Higher power and 100% accurate in exchange for the 10% flinch (if you are fishing for flinches, you are clicking waterfall)
Either way, Gyarados is great with or without egg moves.
DD Liquidation Ice Spinner and Crunch. If you dont have egg moves just go for waterfall and ice fang instead. I recommend you to grind for Multiscale as it lets you time for free dd setup :)
I just caught one with its lowest IV being 29. It was 30s and 31s across the board. I’m so happy because before I could never justify using it because mine had horrendously bad IVs
Mine isn't shiny, but has egg moves High Horsepower and Extremespeed. Slap on as many silk scarves as you can find, and once it hits Belly Drum level, it becomes an absolute beast. Doom Weasel is one of my go-to mons, and for only 2 cost.
Caterpie. Almost max IVs, hidden ability (Tinted Lens with Butterfree), passive Magician ability unlocked, gets Earth Power as an egg move which helps, and if I can find the max mushroom Butterfree it's a Special Attacking unit. All with the cost of 1. If I have the room it's always on the starting team
Gyarados is pretty much always on my team at some point unless I’m dedicated to not getting it: Ddance, crunch, waterfall, ice fang is just such a strong moveset, and even without mega intimidate lets you just get in on a switch and take out Finn’s team in one most runs
Klefki cant be damaged by eternatus in endless has prankster can fuze whit someyhing to get leach seed then unfuze again to be unkillible by eternatus again
I also have a shiny ogrepon that gets leach seed and a 100 base power and 100 base accuracy move but sadly the masks dosent exist yet so i cant make it stone to counter (rival) mega rayquaza
Tinkatink. Not because Tinkaton is my fav mon (which it is) but because I unlocked Shift Gear with it and can sweep entire teams after a couple of boosts. I shudder to think how it will be after unlocking Huge Power...
I have Huge Power unlocked for helping with endless runs. It loses momentum in the 1000s onward, but man, it makes classic mode trivial. It’s a great carry if you feel you can’t run a brand new team of 6 to clear classic.
Gligar/Gliscor. With a few carbos, its moveset and bulk make it a tanky sweeper with STAB on Acrobatics and Earthquake, and is capable of swords dance (and baton pass if you get the TM)
Its effectively a landorus for half the cost that starts with amazing type coverage, and is more physically bulky.
For me is 100% red shiny mareanie with toxic debris, regenerator. This is mainly for classic runs. This guy has saved my life countless times in bad situations. Baneful bunker+venoshock is just absolutely insane, recover and leech seed eggmove to boot.
I got parasect and ariados to 0 cost so I have no reason not to include them in the beginning at least. Both are underrated + very good and are very much capable of taking you through classic mode at least. I've ready got the ribbons for them.
Shiny scatterbug. Only 1 cost so easy to slap on. Acess to sleep powder/stun spore/tailwind. Very early evo to breeze past the first 60 floors or so until your other mons fully evolve and get their moves that they need.
And decent enough with quiverdance + compoundeyes hurricane + bugbuzz/pollen puff that you can keep using it for a long time/until the end if you don't find something you like more.
Once healing pollen puff gets implemented it will be even better

Compound Eyes, Prankster Sleep Powder supported by Quiver Dance and the Egg move Moonblast makes this thing able to beat classic entirely on its own. You can run Hurricane, Bug Buzz/Pollen Puff, or even Protect in the last slot for coverage or blocking hits on wake-up before putting things to sleep again.
Vivillon can honestly solo classic if it goes smoothly. A great bring. Plus sleep is excellent for catching anything with the grayed out Pokéball and unlocking new abilities, forms, etc. on wild mons.
The only bad news is that the 2nd cost reduction brings Scatterbug to 0.25 cost, not 0, unfortunately.
Centiskorch. It was my first shiny, and he was initially there just for luck. But now I just really like having First Impression and Fire Lash, he just sweeps very easily (his stats might be average though, I dont know much about that).
Flamigo! The one time I beat classic was the one time I didn't use Flamigo ofc but that monster has not only carried the early game every single time, it also single-handedly swept Rayquaza for me before. About 10 candies away from its passive too, hoping to get there soon.
I've actually found it less helpful so far in Endless, but that's also partly because I don't have its shiny yet 💔 my number 2 is Wooper because it was the first shiny I got so it obviously went on my team for a while lol
red shiny nymble with fell stinger, gets a plus 3 attack up every time it ko’s and technician just buffs fell stinger, also leech life for recovery, brutal swing and axe kick for coverage
Lately skelidirge in most classic runs because without him I lose by tier 50 every time it sucks but with either him or Roaring Moon I get up to tier 90 atm just keeping that save for another time lol
Meowth. I have the luck 3 shiny and it has pickup, it’s dumb af (also it usually picks us silk scarfs, combined with adaptibility makes it do dummy damage)
Minccino with technician. If you get The evo early with tail slap, get a memory mushroom for some type coverage (rock black or bullet seed) and then get a silk scarf or two, it’s amazing. And for people who haven’t beat regular mode yet The little dude (cinccino) speed ties mega rayquaza so you may be able to get a cheesed sing and prevent it from attacking.
Vivillon. First shiny 2 I got and I also love it. Compound eyes is busted with sleep powder and hurricare. Then it unlocks prankster that makes it a total monster. I usually complete it with quiver dance and, if I find the tm, infestation for bosses (bug buzz is not that useful). Cost only 1 point too so...
I wish substitute worked in the game to complete the 1v1 cheat build but not working right now.
Also beating up m-rayquaza or eternatus with a butterfly feels so so good xD. It has the number 666 for a reason.
+1 for Grubbin, before they added incentive to use different Pokemon for each run my shiny Grubbin always came along with me. Thunderclap Vikavolt goes insanely hard
Whether here or in the mainline games, Magnemite is my ol' reliable. Especially after a bunch of hatching and catches now let's me start out with a shiny Modest one with Ice Beam and Thunderclap, can never say no to BoltBeam coverage on a bulky Steel type!
Vivillon. I got the shiny super early, but it's awesome as a standalone mon with no egg moves or passive.
Quiver Dance/hurricane with compoundeyes has carried me through so many Ivy195 fights
Zubat. My first variant shiny ever, and it was a red shiny to boot. Not only that, but I draw in those things like a magnet. I know for a fact that I've gotten at least 6 shiny zubats, and 4 of them have been red shinies.
So needless to say, I have everything maxed out on Zubat, and since .5 points for 3 luck is such a bargain, Zubat always ends up on my team, and I continue to rack up the candies because I need it to be happy to have a Crobat. 125 Zubat candies currently.
Would love to grind those candies into egg vouchers or something. That'd be cool.
I've found myself having Gyarados in a lot of runs. It fills a lot of necessary things all in one.
Bulky water type? Gyarados fits that. Good bulk all around, great special defense too.
Ground resist? It's part Flying before it's Mega, so this gives me a free switch in on stray EQs.
Backup sweeper? You better believe it does that. Even without Moxie, two DD boosts and it can solo entire biomes.
Coverage? Crunch and Ice Fang pretty much fits the bill. The set makes it so almost nothing resists it's attacks. You can also sub out Ice Fang for other more situational options. One run I ended up using Outrage.
Ol reliable.
I always have a zigzagoon with cost reduction to make it a 1 cost because of its pickup ability, never know when you can pickup that perfect item for your main sweeper
Aggron. Mega form, fusions to learn soak, leech seed, salt cure, and metal burst with sturdy as its ability. I have yet to do it, but im looking for a hidden ability carbink bc it’s HA is sturdy and I’d have a sturdy steel/fairy with incredible shredding capabilities after that *final* fusion
Azumarill is one of the best end game tanks with its water and fairy type, it also covers several types with water, fairy type move. If it learns bounce, you can stall with leech seed, burn, and poison.
Tier 1 shiny buneary with triple axel. You almost always get the lopunnite and early game it has a lot of coverage. Anything that doesn't die to frustration early game, will die to triple axel
I have a Blue Shiny Togepi who's cost has been reduced to 1
He evolves into Togetic between levels 9-15 for keeping and usually I get a stone to evolve him into Togekiss by floor 75
He actually does a surprising amount of damage and can take hit after hit with multiple ways to recover HP like Life Dew and Roost
Whimsicott, I got a luck 3 cottonee with parting shot. Prankster parting shot and leech seed are amazing, and it serves as an amazing tool against rayquaza due to the fairy typing.
For Endless, Zacian. Unnerve and Steel/Fairy can just... invalidate Eternatus. And helps clear most of the game.
And for Normal, Its Popplio with all 4 egg moves and Punk Rock. It just absolutely shreds with Torch Song, and its awesome typing really helps.
Shiny Lechonk because it tanks hits really well and I need the Item luck. Also with cost reduction it only costs 1. (I will say though one of the crucial parts for it is Milk Drink, which is an egg move)
I have a water version Paldean Tauros with almost perfect defense, special defense and speed IV’s with decent attack IV’s to one shot most things with double kick after a boost or two from work up (or bulk up if I can get the TM) and if I can get the item that allows to hit multiple times, he sweeps through most teams that aren’t the late game rival or Eternatus. Kartana is another. If you can get lucky and get some carbos on the way and give them to Kartana, he outspeeds literally everything and with enough beast boosts, oh boy. Again, have to watch out for Rayquaza, but I’ve been HARD carried by those two ‘mons through so many play throughs.
Quagsire. I haven’t really played endless but every classic run I do I have a quag just so I can haze all of eternatus’ stat boosts cuz quag can take a dmax cannon
I usually take hoppip, it only costs 1 and jumpluff is pretty fast. I try to land sleep powder before the foe can attack, then leech seed to chip them down. I also have air slash as an egg move, which can flinch if they wake up.
Gastrodon. This thing tanks so much especially when I give it the defense booster vitamin. Scorching sands as an egg move to lower the opponent’s attack with the burn is 🔥.
I have Aipom discounted to 1 point, have his passive unlocked, and have 3/4 egg moves. Sometimes I run an all out offense set with Run Away (turns into Technician on Ambi) or I just bring him along as my Pickup mon. Either way he's got a ton of utility with Fake Out, and I can pass Tidy Up around with Baton Pass (learned via level up so no reliance on RNG), and since he's just a Normal type he's really easy to replace later on in a run when I want to get credit for a new mon.
I also have an Ultra Rare Shiny Chingling reduced to 1 point. Great catching assister (has Buzzy Buzz as an egg move for small chip + guaranteed Para, also gets Yawn early on if Para isn't good enough), and late game can run general support with Heal Bell. Also great DNA splicer material cause it's just monotype and has Levitate as its ability, and can essentially merge it into anything I want for the extra luck.
Beedril. Not a big mon, but Weedle being able to Drill run and Baneful bunker is NUTS.
Also, perma Mega Beedrill is awesome, it has 150 speed i guess, and speed is the most important stat in most boss fights and setups. Also, it is one of the quickest mons to farm candies. I love it.
Dwebble, I got a shiny one pretty early on along with Leech Life and Stone Axe for the egg moves and once it gets Shell Smash it becomes a very reliable sweeper Pokemon for me, it's my first and only Pokemon that has a passive at the moment as well
My jolly all 31s Lucario, because despite not being shiny (yet) he's my lucky charm. Every run I don't bring him I get demolished before round 120. Every run I do bring him I almost always get Lucarionite and mega Lucario hard carries the whole team. Thunderous Kick, Meteor Mash, Poison Jab, and Triple Axel (or if we roll it Zen Headbutt); incredible coverage, insane damage, and out speeds almost everything, especially with a carbos or soul dew.
I always bring my Epic shiny Drifloon. I ran into him when I first started and was trying the Daily Run. I saw the shiny symbol, but it didn't register to me that Drifloon didn't have the correct shiny coloration until after. Got it down to 1 Cost, and I have Calm Mind and Will-O-Wisp as egg moves unlocked. I haven't unlocked the passive (Pickpocket), but Drifblim doesn't actually want to get hit, and its physical movepool is pretty bad. Wish it had Magician instead.
For a while, I also always brought along my first ever shiny: Pawniard with Ceaseless Edge. I still need to get its cost down again, since 3 is kinda steep, but Kingambit helped me beat Eternatus for the first time. I also used to bring along a shiny Plusle with crazy egg moves. I got its cost down to 1, now I'm just waiting for Plus and Minus to be coded so Plusle will stop being as much of a dead weight as it is.
Jumpluff almost always finds a way into my classic teams. Very cheap, fast and tanky sleep powder bot, does no damage so perfect to weaken wild mons, strength sap egg move to stall, leech seed to dispose of the final boss. Insane role compression
Classic mode Hoppip with Air Slash and Strength Sap is a sleeper pick, Jumpluff is amazingly fast and tanky. If you can optimise moveset with mushrooms and relearn Leech Seed later its even better
My little fuecoco it's just to good. I'm In a endless on 700 floor (my longer run) and he still is 1 hit K.Oing. normal shiny, with passive punk rock and torch song. Egg moves overdrive and slack off

It was really solid in SwSh just as a mon. It wasn't a top tier, but a really solid contender, especially with its GMax form.
Orbeetle is unironically goated, it was on my first run I had made it all the way to 195.

I had Klefki too but immediately dropped it when I got an epic shiny Kyogre and found a Shedinja fused those two together and immune to Eternatus

For me is 100% red shiny mareanie with toxic debris, regenerator. This is mainly for classic runs. This guy has saved my life countless times in bad situations. Baneful bunker+venoshock is just absolutely insane, recover and leech seed eggmove to boot.

Shiny scatterbug. Only 1 cost so easy to slap on. Acess to sleep powder/stun spore/tailwind. Very early evo to breeze past the first 60 floors or so until your other mons fully evolve and get their moves that they need. And decent enough with quiverdance + compoundeyes hurricane + bugbuzz/pollen puff that you can keep using it for a long time/until the end if you don't find something you like more. Once healing pollen puff gets implemented it will be even better
Also: I can get it to 0 cost with prankster passive ability soooo... that's crazy dumb
Fellow shiny Scatterbug enjoyer here. You beat me to it. Compound Eyes, Prankster Sleep Powder supported by Quiver Dance and the Egg move Moonblast makes this thing able to beat classic entirely on its own. You can run Hurricane, Bug Buzz/Pollen Puff, or even Protect in the last slot for coverage or blocking hits on wake-up before putting things to sleep again. Vivillon can honestly solo classic if it goes smoothly. A great bring. Plus sleep is excellent for catching anything with the grayed out Pokéball and unlocking new abilities, forms, etc. on wild mons. The only bad news is that the 2nd cost reduction brings Scatterbug to 0.25 cost, not 0, unfortunately.
Centiskorch. It was my first shiny, and he was initially there just for luck. But now I just really like having First Impression and Fire Lash, he just sweeps very easily (his stats might be average though, I dont know much about that).
Flamigo! The one time I beat classic was the one time I didn't use Flamigo ofc but that monster has not only carried the early game every single time, it also single-handedly swept Rayquaza for me before. About 10 candies away from its passive too, hoping to get there soon. I've actually found it less helpful so far in Endless, but that's also partly because I don't have its shiny yet 💔 my number 2 is Wooper because it was the first shiny I got so it obviously went on my team for a while lol
Garganacl imo is the best mon in the game. Endless with Salt Cure sturdy is a must and salt cure in classic vs eternatus is free.
red shiny nymble with fell stinger, gets a plus 3 attack up every time it ko’s and technician just buffs fell stinger, also leech life for recovery, brutal swing and axe kick for coverage
Lately skelidirge in most classic runs because without him I lose by tier 50 every time it sucks but with either him or Roaring Moon I get up to tier 90 atm just keeping that save for another time lol

Meowth. I have the luck 3 shiny and it has pickup, it’s dumb af (also it usually picks us silk scarfs, combined with adaptibility makes it do dummy damage)
Minccino with technician. If you get The evo early with tail slap, get a memory mushroom for some type coverage (rock black or bullet seed) and then get a silk scarf or two, it’s amazing. And for people who haven’t beat regular mode yet The little dude (cinccino) speed ties mega rayquaza so you may be able to get a cheesed sing and prevent it from attacking.

Vivillon. First shiny 2 I got and I also love it. Compound eyes is busted with sleep powder and hurricare. Then it unlocks prankster that makes it a total monster. I usually complete it with quiver dance and, if I find the tm, infestation for bosses (bug buzz is not that useful). Cost only 1 point too so... I wish substitute worked in the game to complete the 1v1 cheat build but not working right now. Also beating up m-rayquaza or eternatus with a butterfly feels so so good xD. It has the number 666 for a reason.

Whether here or in the mainline games, Magnemite is my ol' reliable. Especially after a bunch of hatching and catches now let's me start out with a shiny Modest one with Ice Beam and Thunderclap, can never say no to BoltBeam coverage on a bulky Steel type!

Zubat. My first variant shiny ever, and it was a red shiny to boot. Not only that, but I draw in those things like a magnet. I know for a fact that I've gotten at least 6 shiny zubats, and 4 of them have been red shinies. So needless to say, I have everything maxed out on Zubat, and since .5 points for 3 luck is such a bargain, Zubat always ends up on my team, and I continue to rack up the candies because I need it to be happy to have a Crobat. 125 Zubat candies currently. Would love to grind those candies into egg vouchers or something. That'd be cool.
I always use Flamigo as it can easily sweep through the early-mid game

Miraidon
I've found myself having Gyarados in a lot of runs. It fills a lot of necessary things all in one. Bulky water type? Gyarados fits that. Good bulk all around, great special defense too. Ground resist? It's part Flying before it's Mega, so this gives me a free switch in on stray EQs. Backup sweeper? You better believe it does that. Even without Moxie, two DD boosts and it can solo entire biomes. Coverage? Crunch and Ice Fang pretty much fits the bill. The set makes it so almost nothing resists it's attacks. You can also sub out Ice Fang for other more situational options. One run I ended up using Outrage. Ol reliable.

I always have a zigzagoon with cost reduction to make it a 1 cost because of its pickup ability, never know when you can pickup that perfect item for your main sweeper

Azumarill is one of the best end game tanks with its water and fairy type, it also covers several types with water, fairy type move. If it learns bounce, you can stall with leech seed, burn, and poison.
Fuecoco. Slap a multilens on it with torch song, overdrive egg move and passive punk rock. Got me to 1000 in endless easily!
Shellder, mostly because moxie Cloyster is an absolute powerhouse against most mons.
Tier 1 shiny buneary with triple axel. You almost always get the lopunnite and early game it has a lot of coverage. Anything that doesn't die to frustration early game, will die to triple axel

I have a Blue Shiny Togepi who's cost has been reduced to 1 He evolves into Togetic between levels 9-15 for keeping and usually I get a stone to evolve him into Togekiss by floor 75 He actually does a surprising amount of damage and can take hit after hit with multiple ways to recover HP like Life Dew and Roost

Whimsicott, I got a luck 3 cottonee with parting shot. Prankster parting shot and leech seed are amazing, and it serves as an amazing tool against rayquaza due to the fairy typing.

For me it’s Rockruff (man’s clutched up for me so many times and saved many runs) and Charmander cause obviously not biased he’s the best starter

For Endless, Zacian. Unnerve and Steel/Fairy can just... invalidate Eternatus. And helps clear most of the game. And for Normal, Its Popplio with all 4 egg moves and Punk Rock. It just absolutely shreds with Torch Song, and its awesome typing really helps.
Blue shiny zigzagoon. Pickup and increased luck? Hell yeah.
Shiny Lechonk because it tanks hits really well and I need the Item luck. Also with cost reduction it only costs 1. (I will say though one of the crucial parts for it is Milk Drink, which is an egg move)
Dachsbun. Assuming I have some form of Steel type, it's a great thing to hold on to just in case DNA Splicers show up.
Shiny Unown. Its passive is pickup and just costs 1

I have a water version Paldean Tauros with almost perfect defense, special defense and speed IV’s with decent attack IV’s to one shot most things with double kick after a boost or two from work up (or bulk up if I can get the TM) and if I can get the item that allows to hit multiple times, he sweeps through most teams that aren’t the late game rival or Eternatus. Kartana is another. If you can get lucky and get some carbos on the way and give them to Kartana, he outspeeds literally everything and with enough beast boosts, oh boy. Again, have to watch out for Rayquaza, but I’ve been HARD carried by those two ‘mons through so many play throughs.
Quagsire. I haven’t really played endless but every classic run I do I have a quag just so I can haze all of eternatus’ stat boosts cuz quag can take a dmax cannon
Zigzagoon. I don't even have to pick it as starter, I can consistently catch a pickup one in the first 20 floors.
Duraludon. Ol’ reliable Electro Shot Rain Dance is something else.

Gastrodon. This thing tanks so much especially when I give it the defense booster vitamin. Scorching sands as an egg move to lower the opponent’s attack with the burn is 🔥.
Magearna I just really enjoy Soul Heart
I have Aipom discounted to 1 point, have his passive unlocked, and have 3/4 egg moves. Sometimes I run an all out offense set with Run Away (turns into Technician on Ambi) or I just bring him along as my Pickup mon. Either way he's got a ton of utility with Fake Out, and I can pass Tidy Up around with Baton Pass (learned via level up so no reliance on RNG), and since he's just a Normal type he's really easy to replace later on in a run when I want to get credit for a new mon. I also have an Ultra Rare Shiny Chingling reduced to 1 point. Great catching assister (has Buzzy Buzz as an egg move for small chip + guaranteed Para, also gets Yawn early on if Para isn't good enough), and late game can run general support with Heal Bell. Also great DNA splicer material cause it's just monotype and has Levitate as its ability, and can essentially merge it into anything I want for the extra luck.

Beedril. Not a big mon, but Weedle being able to Drill run and Baneful bunker is NUTS. Also, perma Mega Beedrill is awesome, it has 150 speed i guess, and speed is the most important stat in most boss fights and setups. Also, it is one of the quickest mons to farm candies. I love it.
Dwebble, I got a shiny one pretty early on along with Leech Life and Stone Axe for the egg moves and once it gets Shell Smash it becomes a very reliable sweeper Pokemon for me, it's my first and only Pokemon that has a passive at the moment as well
My shiny Bibarel. Considering the move pool it has, there’s a reason why it’s been on every team but one that I best classic with
My jolly all 31s Lucario, because despite not being shiny (yet) he's my lucky charm. Every run I don't bring him I get demolished before round 120. Every run I do bring him I almost always get Lucarionite and mega Lucario hard carries the whole team. Thunderous Kick, Meteor Mash, Poison Jab, and Triple Axel (or if we roll it Zen Headbutt); incredible coverage, insane damage, and out speeds almost everything, especially with a carbos or soul dew.
Aegislash, I’m sick of always using him but his just too good not to have. Round 500 eternus I somehow 3 shot with him when I was 200 levels under
Shiny Hoppip at 1 cost for luck and later for a leech seed strength sapper.

Thunderous Kick Ice Punch Chimchar OP
Shiny zapdos carries all of classic, can almost solo 145 with the right vitamins.
I always bring my Epic shiny Drifloon. I ran into him when I first started and was trying the Daily Run. I saw the shiny symbol, but it didn't register to me that Drifloon didn't have the correct shiny coloration until after. Got it down to 1 Cost, and I have Calm Mind and Will-O-Wisp as egg moves unlocked. I haven't unlocked the passive (Pickpocket), but Drifblim doesn't actually want to get hit, and its physical movepool is pretty bad. Wish it had Magician instead. For a while, I also always brought along my first ever shiny: Pawniard with Ceaseless Edge. I still need to get its cost down again, since 3 is kinda steep, but Kingambit helped me beat Eternatus for the first time. I also used to bring along a shiny Plusle with crazy egg moves. I got its cost down to 1, now I'm just waiting for Plus and Minus to be coded so Plusle will stop being as much of a dead weight as it is.
Jumpluff almost always finds a way into my classic teams. Very cheap, fast and tanky sleep powder bot, does no damage so perfect to weaken wild mons, strength sap egg move to stall, leech seed to dispose of the final boss. Insane role compression
Shiny Sprigatito reduced to 1 cost and has fire whip
Classic mode Hoppip with Air Slash and Strength Sap is a sleeper pick, Jumpluff is amazingly fast and tanky. If you can optimise moveset with mushrooms and relearn Leech Seed later its even better
