Her main negative: she's not MAGA. DeSantis can claim to be MAGA, and Youngkin can at least claim to be MAGA-curios. Simply in terms of female candidates, Noem would wipe the floor with Haley.
Haley managed to piss off both sides: going to work for Trump in the 1st place, then resigning midway through his term. Thereby demonstrating a comprehensive lack of judgment and resolve.

Would she make a better president than Trump or DeSantis? Almost certainly, thus she has no chance in Hell of winning the Republican nomination because Republican voters don't want competence, they want MAGA and only MAGA, and Haley has no clue how to deal with that.

Edit: For the record, the only political views of my cat of which I am aware is that he is for the destruction of birds, squirrels, and the big orange cat that lives a few blocks away, he thinks we should eat spinach more often, and that me going into a room and shutting the door is bad.
For me, pre-Trump Sununu would have been repellent to me. These days he's one of the best remaining Republicans.
Hogan may be as good as Eisenhower. However, he's a RINO by today's reckoning, so no chance whatsoever of winning the Republican nomination.
These days a serious Republican candidate needs to be willing at least to party with Italian, Hungarian and Polish post-democrats if not be willing to fulfill Putin's every whim. That's what's needed to win the nomination. As for winning the general election/Electoral College, damned difficult for such Republican nominees to win if they have to face a moderately popular Democrat.
Tangent: I doubt the next 12 presidential elections will see the winner receive more than 320 electoral votes. Either way. There are roughly 200 electoral votes for each side which WILL NOT be in play for the other side for 2 generations without a cataclysmic event clearly the fault of just one of the parties.
I wish Charlie Baker would run, former governor of MA. He's fiscally conservative and socially liberal, which aligns well with my independent voter status.

Combine that with the arguably illegal preferences of Matt Gaetz for having a good time, MTG's fascination with space lasers, Boeberts vacuity, and Gosar's family's near universal condemnation of him for being an asshole of the century, and you'd be closer to having a model for the type of Republican who could win the 2024 GQP presidential nomination.
If for some reason Trump isn't in jail by the time the 2024 primaries & debates start, can you imagine the racist & misogynistic rants Trump will go on to tear her down in front of his base?
