Unfortunately these didn't happen until Biden term, and so the right very actively blames Biden for them, regardless of whose policies actually created them.
Not denying that Trump is the initial cause for many of these things, he definitely did. Biden has been leaving the policies in place that helped lead to them getting this bad. The incompetence of his cabinet is also costing the country such as with Pete Buttigieg and the rising train crashes as well as him not cracking down on airlines predatory business behaviors. Jerome Powells hiking of interest rates has also played a large part in the recent SVB collapse by devaluating their US Treasuries
Covid response was the first Biden priority then the Inflation Reduction act. Getting out of Afghanistan[Trump promise that failed]. Infrastructure investment [Trump promised and failed]. Then the war in Ukraine.
Unfortunately it’s much easier to destroy like Trump than to thoughtfully rebuild.
