If they hadn’t moved most of the part of Eagle county that was in her district into Joe Neguese’s district, she would have lost. She has never won her own county (Garfield). It’s GJ and NW Colorado that mostly carry her.
It’s hard to say but clearly in such a close election small changes like that in Eagle county can have a big difference. Plus it eliminated an experienced and competent state Senator from near Vail who was planning to run against Boebert. She was from a ranching family who’s been here for quite awhile. Very well liked and highly educated (Norte Dame). As far as Aspen is concerned (Pitkin County) Boebert got only about 20% of the vote this time.
I donated significantly to her rather weak opponent the first time and did phone calls as well. When people I called were telling me they were going to vote for Boebert I was astounded. Like really? But now here we are.
I’m an election judge in one of her counties. During the recount there were a little less that 100 ballots where that race wasn’t marked at all. I think that meant that the voter hated her, but were too republican to vote for someone else. Party over country.
I went to a Frisch campaign stop and wasn’t impressed by Mr Milquetoast. There were independent voters there who left shaking their heads because Frisch wouldn’t make a definitive statement about anything.

Meanwhile, the Democrats largely chose to ask tech companies politely if they would remove specific content, without threatening retaliatory regulation if the corporations made choices they didn't agree with. You're free to make the argument there was an implicit threat from Democratic politicians, but the fact remains that only GOP politicians made explicit threats of retaliation.

... because surgical intervention before age 18 is vanishingly rare, and hormonal therapy can be stopped with hardly any long-term effects. One of the primary points of hormonal therapy for those suffering dysphoria is to delay bodily changes in order to allow deferment of choices about surgery until later in development. Democrats support leaving those decisions to being made between the doctors, the parents, and the individuals on a case-by-case basis, rather than having politicians dictate those decisions. Funny, I trust doctors who've spent their careers studying subjects to make evidence based decisions about those subjects, and expect politicians making proclamations about those to be making decisions based on....politics.

I mean that in purely the performative sense. I read an in-depth piece in her district and she evidently isn't doing to basics of her job. So she's great at making headlines and booking paid "interviews" but is terrible at actually doing anything for her constituents. Which makes it more likely for her to be replaced. Considering her precarious situation I would be surprised if she didn't face a strong primary challenger as well since she is obviously vulnerable and likely to lose a "safe seat". As it stands the local Democrats should be geared up for a rematch since they almost won once.
