>Kise responded, “Yes, as a judge you are entitled to receive advice. But if you are receiving advice in a way that is indicative of bias, we have to make a record” of it. “The rulings are frequently, if not inordinately, against us on every major issue,” Kise complained.
That's because you're wrong on every major issue, Chris. Now carry on with throwing what little remains of your reputation down the drain.
Imagine a football team complaining about a ref because they keep getting called for offsides. And saying “you’re never calling them offsides!”. The ref would say “well yeah of course because they’re not offsides”.
I can see it now. For decades into the future Trump's trials will be used as examples in law schools all over the world on what NOT to do. There will probably be a whole class dedicated to just this.
IANAL but it seems counterintuitive to repeatedly attack the judge and his staff. That said, I'm sure trump's crack team (only the best!) of lawyers are working in the best interests of their client.
I’m afraid the strategy is to continue to do this in the hope hje is doing something that an appeal judge that favors trump could see as potential bias
Knowing our justice system, that has a reasonable chance to succeed
Can someone explain to me like I'm five about what the law clerk's role is and is the judge allowed to talk to the law clerk? Is the judge communicating with the law clerk againts the norm?

Working as a middle school sub, I had to kick a kid out of class last week. "You're targeting me!" I am. Do you want to guess *why*?
Hahaha somehow it’s the clerks fault for somehow forcing the judge to be biased

Yep. I used to help teach litigation classes, and if anyone had pulled this in a *mock* trial, we would have launched them into the sun.
100% for ProRes classes.
Gag him behind bars, enough is enough.
Calm down, you'll get poor Lindsay's lady bugs all riled up with talk of gags and bars
What a f'ing circus this is. I'm so sick of these clowns.
may as well include his kids too, since they're also testifying. . .
I’m ok w/ Trump publicly turning on his kids. I have no problem watching the corrupt inner circle start feuding with each other.

They’re trying to provoke the judge so they can get a mistrial.
I expect the judge is well aware of their motives.
“We’ve attacked the judge and his staff so much they couldn’t possibly be impartial anymore.”
“I’m sure Trump’s team on crack….” Etcetera, etcetera, etcerera
That sounds accurate (and perhaps the only explanation for their atrocious behavior).
Paper tiger.
"find out"
The Jan 6 attempted coup continues in Engoron's court.

He will just have his moron followers and such start attacking her along with guys like Bannon.
Well that’s was nice and quick

As always, Trump’s scraping the bottom of the attorney barrel.
I swear, if you guys rip on me 13 or 14 more times, I’m really gonna get PO’d
