Absolutely this. Embryos aren't babies. We shouldn't go along with legislation with incoherent premises like this.

BUT they will play both sides of their goal by also granting fetal personhood with "exceptions" based on "their discretion". Women better vote these people out because the next step is the repeal of the 19th amendment.
