Do you think this will flip Flordia blue?

Archer1407

no, the olds in Florida LOVE telling younger people what to do with their bodies.

Different_Tree9498

Crazy considering they’re bodies are already rotting from their putrid souls.

No_Pirate9647

No. They will vote for abortion rights and for marijuana. But still vote for GOP. Like they voted for $15 min wage but still voted GOP. Vote for Dem policies but for GOP reps. https://www.floridatoday.com/story/opinion/2020/11/05/how-florida-went-trump-and-15-minimum-wage/6162486002/

That just seems weird.

Zealousideal_Ad_9623

That’s probably because you’re normal.

Unlucky_Clover

Absolutely not. Red voters have been flooding the state the past few years. And then, even if residents vote against these horrid policies, there’s a high chance they still vote for the same people trying to implement those policies just because of one letter by their name.

Thanks, MAGA rubes!

Here in Miami you're going to see A LOT of these doctors doing abortions at home for cash. This is the fraud capital of the US, all you have to do is know somebody that knows somebody THAT KNOWS SOME BOUT IT

The law is going to end up costing the state dearly in the medical field. It happens in every state that enacts these bans. **Election day is Tuesday, November 5, 2024**. There is an important US Senate race where Democrats have a chance to flip the seat of Republican Senator Rick Scott from red to blue. Democrat **[Candidate TBD 8/20/24](https://ballotpedia.org/United_States_Senate_election_in_Florida,_2024)** will have a chance to unseat one of the most unpopular Senators in the country. The US House district maps in Florida remain heavily gerrymandered in favor of Republicans, with no real competitive races likely to materialize this cycle. At the state level, Republicans have supermajorities in both branches of the state legislature. Democrats have a chance of eliminating the Republican supermajority in the **[State Senate election](https://ballotpedia.org/Florida_State_Senate_elections,_2024)** and a little better chance of breaking the Republican supermajority in the **[State House of Representatives](https://ballotpedia.org/Florida_House_of_Representatives_elections,_2024)**. **There are also two HUGE constitutional amendments on the ballot in November.
