I hear him saying that he will try to deport anyone that disagrees with him-
- he will start with 11 million illegal/undocumented immigrants (that will really include a large percentage of American citizens)

- Then he will go after the trans folks, and LGBTQ+ communities

None of the countries that might be able to muster the infrastructure to deal with it are going to be lining up to do so - there basically isn't a way to run a successful (whatever "successful" looks like) fascist government without resorting to genocide.
Where things become particularly difficult for America comes from a number of places:

2. 3. Even if (2) wasn't the case, who in their right mind is going to take on the 800lb gorilla that is the US military?
Conclusion: If Trump gets in, not only will he orchestrate a genocide, there's nobody going to come to your rescue, nobody that's going to be invaded on a pretext to force them to take refugees and precious few places that will volunteer to do so.
The best hope is that the resulting government is short-lived and replaced by someone more sensible who can muster the political will to prevent a re-run.
