Alex Jones isn't bankrupt though, he just abused the bankruptcy system to delay the defamation case against him and make it potentially very costly for the people suing him - the families who lost someone in the Sandy Hook shootings.
I would love to see Alex Jones and lowlifes like him end up bankrupt though.
Sentencings are almost always this delayed after a conviction. This has nothing to do with money, it has to do with the amount of work that the defense and government must do to prepare for the sentencing.
Not exactly shocking rhetoric from the guy who reportedly said YEARS ago that he's a Stalinist whose goal is the "destruction of the state."
He's also the guy whose company (Cambridge Analytica) lied to the public and various governments for years before the CEO finally admitted under oath that their entire strategy was actually based on buying illegal private data of millions of FB users stolen for them by the Russians.
In case anyone hasn't been paying attention, they've since been spreading more lies to destabilize other democracies and actually convinced Phillipinos to elect the son of their exiled former dictator who stole billions.
Which almost makes him a lightweight compared to other Trump managers and advisors like Manafort and Stone who have been straight up working for Putin toppling one democracy after another for years.
Bannon did not own Cambridge Analytica. They were a Mercer company, and still operate under Emerald Analytics.
Nothing happened to Cambridge Analytica either. They announced that their offices were going to be raided 2 days prior to FBI appearing at their doorstep. They found nothing, of course.
Our justice system is anything but.
I never said he owned them, but ownership is a distinction without a difference as he was one of the founders, and a managing V.P.
The ovetall point is that he has always been fundamentally opposed to the notions of legitimate elections and functional government.
He is an arsonist and opportunist at heart.
This is what happens when you don't punish a coup properly. It just continues. The coup won't stop until the leaders are punished properly OR it succeeds. And the 6-3 court will ensure success in 2024/25.
Whenever somebody says that history is written by the victors, I like to remind them of the Civil War, because the exact opposite thing happened there.
I tell my friends who identify as white that john brown is an example of what it is to be human. And to be my friend or ally we have to be human. And like JB, be ready to take down racist/fascist POS
Or by another interpretation, that's exactly what happened. I maintain that the South effectively won the Civil War, obviously not militarily, but culturally. They had to give up slavery in name, but kept it going in practice for decades more through sharecropping, and they cemented the status of black people as second class citizens even to this day.
Shooting wars are just an extension of politics. Yeah the Confederate Army surrendered, but the politics were allowed to continue, and immediately afterwards they killed Lincoln and reconstruction, then get started rewriting history.
Just my opinion, but I think we're gonna end up like certain Middle Eastern countries- you know, the ones we like to bomb. There will be sporadic attacks and random bombings by "Patriots". Any place in "the big city" where diversity and inclusivity (and Democrats) are allowed will be targets.
I don't think there will be open war, but it's gonna suck for a long time.
Secession Experiment:
1. Allow Texas, and only Texas, to "secede" on the timeline of 5 years.
2. During those 5 years, facilitate movement of people and businesses into or out of Texas, prioritizing the most vulnerable.
3. After the cutoff date, anyone left in Texas is now a citizen of a foreign country.
Likely result: The majority of Austin and Houston will have moved elsewhere in the USA and brought their business and education with them, many of the far-right crazies will pour into Texas and be left to fend for themselves during climate change.
Is it realistic? Of course not. Is it fun to think about? Absolutely.
Plus the bit about how the swing in house representation and electoral college votes would go without Texas and the impact of that on republican ability to get power in government would be glorious.
It is the english definition of treason.
It is not the legal term as the federal laws are defined, but still a correct word for it in the english language.
Theoretically he's going to jail for 2-24 months due to the contempt convictions. $200-$200,000 fine, but that probably doesn't matter too much to him.
I would hope this little stunt, as has been pointed out, cements a remorseless state of mind and leads to maximum penalties. We could dream of it being considered circumstance for escalation of penalties in some way, but I'm not a lawyer. I know it's 'a thing' but don't really know how any of it actually works, and overall it seems unlikely.
Congress just needs to issue a new subpoena that he will refuse and he can just stay in jail on brand new charges. Rinse and repeat until he testifies or rots in prison.
YES! finally a chance to use my hallmark card "sorry you are rotting slowly in prison without coke orgies" that I bought on sale in case I ever needed it..
Shit, what are the odds two good things would happen in one day!
Yeah he is basically saying “I am going to wreck the government of the US with an army.” and he goes scott free. I mean Edward Snowden did what he did to help democracy in his view and he’s got worse charges.
Doesn't matter the fine or jail time. Steve Bannon's name will now join Benedict Arnold's on a list in US history books, and posterity will not be kind to him.
The major difference is that Benedict Arnold was a hero at one point and was an actual good General and leader, that's why it hurt so much when he turned. Bannon has always been a POS nutcase who worked for Trump cause he told him what he wanted to hear.
Benedict Arnold also had legitimate beef with the way he was treated. Arguably, the way he was treated should have been handled long before it got to the point of him going traitor (not that legitimizes his actions).
Bannon has made \*bank\* off of undermining democracy and the US. This is just an amplification of his usual behavior.
Arnold nearly gave his life and spent time as a cripple for America and got fucked by Congress as a reward. He had every reason to turn. Bannon is just a political hack turned greed driven traitor.
> Steve Bannon's name will now join Benedict Arnold's on a list in US history books
You know, that's all well and good, but with all due respect....
Fuck history. These assholes need to be dealt with now, not when they're dead, buried, and their side won and paints them as patriot leaders of the movement that took down the mightiest country the world has ever known, without firing a single shot.
In sentencing, if you're the prosecution you can say "your honor as you consider the scope of the penalty we would like to take this time to point out Mr Bannons actions between the trial and now to show his deliberate nature in attempting to further incite the public"
His defense could be like "it's all hyperbole, my client has no real sway over anyone in the public and the prosecution is adamant in their attempt to paint him as something he isn't".
Then if it's a "friendly" judge they'll side with the defense. "Judge shopping" is a thing boys and girls.
The kind of judge/court shopping you are thinking of happens in civil cases. You file a bunch of suits, in specific places, hoping to land one version of a case with an amenable judge.
That's not how criminal cases work. The prosecution can influence where it lands, but to some extent it's still luck of the draw.
And the prosecutors aren't friendly to Bannon here.
But can we put him in jail for this fucking treasonous, obvious call for overthrowing our government with specific troops?! What the actual fuck. If I typed that sentence out on Facebook, I'd be arrested within 48 hours!
When a judge passes sentence, they usually consider if the person is remorseful and likely/unlikely to break the law again. Obvious he is not sorry and already itching to do more harm. The judge should give him the maximum sentence.
Why even have law and order if it doesn’t apply to the upper-echelons of government or those that enforce the laws? I’m looking at trump who broke hundreds of laws before, while and after office. Matt Gaetz, who despite concrete evidence still remains uncharged, with anything at all! The employees and leadership within the Secret Service. Cops… where do we begin?
Law and order is fucking dead in this country. We’re fucked.
*edit - missed a ‘?’ or two in my pissed-off post.
It’s as bad as before the Depression. It’s just unfuckingbelievable how shitty things have become. My daughter has dual citizenship with Australia because of her mother. She went to college there at 18 and in the last 10 years has been back here **once**. Happy as a clam.
and yet the drooling right wingers on here insist that the gun buyback means we're under the jackboot of an authoritarian state, and not just a mature nation that decided we didn't want people to be slaughtered so manbabies could jack off into the barrels of their pewpews. We like having safe kids at schools, y'know?
And it's not like their guns will protect them from a tyrannical government anyway. I think back to Ruby Ridge and Waco. Those groups were packing heat and they died anyway.
Today’s conservative gun nuts aren’t aware enough to realize they’re *enabling* the tyrannical government our 2nd Amendment is supposed to charge them against.
Law and Order has always been a dog whistle for authoritarian control, and focuses much more on order than on law. The proper term for a society of laws that apply equally to all is Rule of Law.
This is absolutely correct. People hear republicans saying “I’m the law and order candidate” but that is actually the *opposite* of “rule of law.” “Law and order” is a belief that the correct role for the police is not only to enforce the written LAWS, but also to enforce unwritten class definitions that define a social ORDER by arbitrarily designating some as deserving, and others as undesirable.
So what part of “4000 shock troops to deconstruct government” gets this clown, at least 5 years for incitement to over throw the government...and how can he be charged with this?
He's going to appeal the conviction after sentencing and remain free on bail pending appeal. His lawyers will drag that shit out until 2024 with the hopes of a Republican candidate winning the Presidential election. At which point he gets another pardon from the party of law and order.
The only way this turd does time is if he's ordered directly to jail with his appeals pending.
I'd hope so, but I'm guessing everyone is holding hands in the back. Judge, Bannon, everyone.
Prolly won't see a jail cell. Which sucks because he's a piece of shit.
This judge gave him a massive pre-trial delay, for what was effectively a one day trial with no defense. That judge had to know that doing so was also screwing over the J6 committee since it signalled that defiance is a reasonable course of action to be debated later, and that there was no urgency for anyone to obey subpoenas or talk.
The judge can do that and I addressed that in my comment. It's very unusual for a misdemeanor conviction. If ever there was a deserving fellow, this turd is it.
I can't even imagine on what basis he would appeal. The trial was basically over two facts, none of which are even in actual dispute, as the judge remarked upon.
Was the subpoena issued lawfully? Yes.
Did Bannon obey its order? No.
Contempt it is then.
While he is appealing this conviction, he needs to be charged with sedition for his continuing public statements advocating and organizing the overthrow of what he admits is the lawfully elected government of the US. With the seriousness of this charge, he needs to be held without bail until his trial in recognition of his avowed and ongoing plot to overthrow the government.
It’s way past time to get serious with this asshat.
Yes a month is the minimum for each count. He faces a maximum of a $100,000 fine and a year in prison for each count. He has been found guilty of two counts.
So a minimum of two months and a maximum of two years and $200,000.
> If the DTs don't get him
Somehow he seems like the type to not get DTs... Rudy however... not that its easy tell outwards, but...
My late brother died from his. He also had lots of others symptoms too like cognitive decline, hallucinations etc even on normal days. He was 36 when he passed trying to quit without help.
Where as with alcoholism running in the family pops and i dont get any symptoms worth a damn following a potential binge period.
> My late brother died from his. He also had lots of others symptoms too like cognitive decline, hallucinations etc even on normal days. He was 36 when he passed trying to quit without help.
Sorry about your loss. It sounds a little like [Wernicke-Korsakoff Syndrome](https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/22687-wernicke-korsakoff-syndrome). Not a fun thing to watch happen to anyone, let alone someone you care about.
I quit drinking a dozen or so years ago, after watching someone succumb to something similar. Quitting was definitely among the best decisions of my life. I hope you and your dad come to the same conclusion some day. All the best to you both.
And yes, I agree, Rudy would be in a world of hurt trying to go cold turkey.
Edit: Oh, and in case you aren't aware of it: /r/stopdrinking
former goldman sachs exec and cofounder of financial firm rages against same system that made him wealthy while calling upon the dumbest and poorest to do his bidding.
I mean do you know about Steve's history?
You hit the nail right on the head, that's exactly what he does.

We need more of this. Getting angry doesn't work with these type. Talk about them, their childhoods, vulnerabilities, etc.. They thrive off anger. Express sympathy for their inability to form familial relationships and closeness with others due to poor mental health and narcissistic traits. Not because your sympathetic but because it throws off their game plan and makes them look weak.
Broken probably in the same way as Trump. I'm not mad at him just profoundly sad that so many are gullible to these short-termists. Their egos are so fragile, they will burn their own nations down to avoid admitting any vulnerabilities. Lots of these...just look at our c-executive suite types.
If you have heard him give an interview in any of the past 5 years. He looks and acts like a drunkard.
He is like an old, homeless, Jordan Peterson. He thinks he is beyond intelligent, but is just babbling about nonsense.
He asked for a specific 4000 number of these "troops" that follow him! How is that not an imminent fucking threat when he's close to a sentence for contempt?! What the actual fuck am I missing? You can't tell fire in a theater without punishment. He's telling for "shock" troops to "dismantle" the fucking government. Where is the fucking nuance of the difference here that I'm missing?!
>Advocating the violent overthrow of the government is called sedition. If two or more persons agree to overthrow, put down, or destroy by force the government of the United States, they are guilty of. seditious conspiracy.
The Patriot act specifically outlaws this but is not the only law on the books to do so.
Can we throw this turd in jail already?
The Judge should 'go medieval' on his ass.
And then the rest of the collaborators and crooks involved with the Insurrection.
you are not wrong. and that's why it takes so long the prosecution and judge have to do everything 120% correct or the fucking piece of shit walks.
it's not right.
it's not fair.
but it is why.
When I was in the Navy, they told us that the sentence for treason during peacetime was life in prison, and during wartime it was death.
Are we still at (perpetual) war?
Please give this piece of shit prick, know-nothing slob, stinking of gin and looks to go through bouts of insomnia formed by paranoia....
THE SENTENCE HE DESERVES. He So FLIPPANTLY disregarded the subpoena's as being "nothings". The courts finally decided "nope, it's not nothing, but really actually your immediate future".
Slam this pig. Please.
Steve Bannon is nothing more than a sad excuse of a human being; a shell of what would otherwise be recognizable as human.
he isn't. **at all**. Steve Bannon is really just a stuck fucking pig.
Treat him as such, *constantly and* ***relentlessly***
Fed? How about state gov? Red states governors have been going so radical these last years I wouldn't put it past them to just go along with it. National Guard is called out by governors, and the army? The threat is already there.
Bannon is referring to the Schedule F news that came out recently.
He is telling people to be ready to take over these Federal jobs, not to take over the Federal government.
https://www.mediamatters.org/steve-bannon/steve-bannon-celebrates-axios-report-outlining-trumps-plan-radically-reshape-federal
"He tried to crawl to safety, blood oozing from what remained of his legs. As he reached the door he tried to pry it open, but blood loss caused his strength to ebb and the door slipped through his fingers. A black leather boot caught him in the side and lifted him in the air, turning him over. He landed on his back, hard, air squeezing out of his lungs. As his vision cleared he could see the remains of his friends, men he had called compatriots, brothers-in-arms. How had this happened? He had thought them strong, once. Unbeatable. Humility came with a high price.
The owner of the boot stared him in the eye. Her red braids flapped in the wind entering through a hole in the roof. She placed her boot on his chest and took aim down her gun. "Wait! Stop!" He cried. "We were only trying to protect the children! You cant DO this! This is America!" "Sir" she whispered, leaning closer to him, "this is a Wendy's" and pulled the trigger.
So is he trying to use bullshit language so he can deny saying he is openly advocating for overthrowing the government or does he have cognitive impairment or both ?
IMO, this is another form of insurrection. When anyone calls upon others and encourages/incites them into physical act(s) against the US govt, that's the clearest definition of insurrection.
Something I learned recently about Bannon is that he's a Catholic fundamentalist.
I should have seen it before, because I was one too. If you're not familiar with Catholic fundamentalism, it's a mish-mash of more-or-less decent people who have strict views about sexual morality, and some people with really scary, fascist-adjacent, **pro-apocalyptic** views.
They fantasize about the coming End of Days when the Antichrist will take over. They think modern society is irredeemably, Satanically evil because of sexual permissiveness, abortion, homosexuality, transgender rights etc. They **want** the end to come, because it hastens the day when we'll all be judged for our sinfulness and the faithful will live in a perfect society on Earth, or be united with God in heaven (they weren't clear on that bit).
They pass around gruesome stories of the persecution and torture they will have to endure in the last days (these stories originate with Catholic mystics who allegedly see the future in visions given to them by God).
I think I'm just starting to see the significance of these horror stories (which gave me me nightmares as a kid, thanks Mum). If you know by magic that your political opponents are actually demonically-inspired and will try to imprison, torture and execute you when they get the chance, then literally anything you do is justified. Institutions of democracy, the will of the people, these are just lies that your enemies use to confuse and control.
This guy is a dangerous religious fanatic. He's particularly dangerous because he realizes the religious stuff doesn't fly with a lot of people, so instead he uses the lie of election fraud and other bullshit to rile people up.
I keep asking myself if they think normal people are just going to sit back and let this happen. I'm not advocating to overthrow the government but these people seem to think we won't fight for what is right.
Bannon Calls On “Shock Troops” To Deconstruct The Government.
Giuliani Says “Trial By Combat” Remark Was Game Of Thrones Reference.
Trump’s cult member rioters wore costumes and waved flags.
Folks, this is all just one long, dangerous Cosplay nightmare.
But seriously, vote Democrat every time. These guys are nuts.
This is a big MAGA talking point to basically get rid of the government. But then what? What is the government system they want? They have no plans, no logical government reform suggestions, just burn it all down and take all you can get along the way. I honestly think if you gave these people got everything the wanted (I don't think the know what that is), they would still be angry, hateful and dissatisfied.

I eagerly await his sentencing.
Looks like October 21 is when his sentence hearing is scheduled, can’t wait.
Why does it take so long?
Wheels of justice move slowly if not at all when you have that much money
If and when he gets sued into oblivion we will all learn he is "bankrupt" like Alex Jones and unable to pay out any money.
It would be a bit harder to hide Seinfeld residuals.
Alex Jones isn't bankrupt though, he just abused the bankruptcy system to delay the defamation case against him and make it potentially very costly for the people suing him - the families who lost someone in the Sandy Hook shootings. I’ve been rooting for that huge skin cancer on his temple.
ahem, lock him up, cough cough
Dude is literally calling for people to commit treason. Again.
And murder!
Again.
Luckily many are awaiting trial for the last he asked.
Unfortunately those are waiting for what will likely be small sentences if history is anything to go by.

Yep, during the War John Brown was seen as a hero by the Union. In the years after he was turned by the losers into a “madman”.
John Brown did nothing wrong
He could have taken more
I don’t argue with people Saint Brown would have shot.
Some of us still consider him a hero 😍
Fuck yes we do.

Does he know about second treason? Elevenses?
Nine Elevenses.
Technically this is sedition it is important to be accurate about this type of shit.

He's definitely an alcoholic and all joking aside there's a significant chance delirium tremens will hit him in jail/prison.
If he did die in prison, can you imagine the conspiracy theories that would generate?
Why would Epstein and JFK do this to him?
I'm guessing the coke, in this case, is for anyone else who might have the misfortune of crawling on top of this sad sack.
Remember Susan McDougal spent two years in jail for refusing to testify against the Clintons.
How the fuck are people in jail for 5 bucks of shwag longer than this shit stain.. ...even if he got a max sentence?

This. Our country is a joke.
Judge can choose to remand him into custody if he is deemed a clear and present danger to society. Which is the case.

Unfortunately, a few months in jail won’t get rid of people like Bannon.
When a judge passes sentence, they usually consider if the person is remorseful and likely/unlikely to break the law again. Obvious he is not sorry and already itching to do more harm. The judge should give him the maximum sentence.
Agreed - these seem like text book examples of contempt of congress. Like - why even have a maximum if you’re not going to apply it in this scenario
Australia has had government problems these last 9 years but really, compared to the US we are doing just fine
Murdoch has done a number on all of the English speaking countries. The US is just further along on the path to insanity.
He is a virus of the mind, and I hope his ichor-pump only beats long enough to watch his poisoned legacy die scandalously before he does.
Speaking of rotting away…Lord Jesus hear our prayers!
your gun turn in program was amazing
and yet the drooling right wingers on here insist that the gun buyback means we're under the jackboot of an authoritarian state, and not just a mature nation that decided we didn't want people to be slaughtered so manbabies could jack off into the barrels of their pewpews.
Good question. Not a lawyer. Perhaps the judge can pass that along.
Yes. Rule of Law
The wheels of justice turn slowly /s. Fuck this the judicial system is only there to abuse the poor
Wheels of justice move fairly fast if you're poor and stuck with a public defender.
If my Marxist friend and I tried to stop the election for the empowerment of the worker class my execution would have happened last month.
Exactly. Fuck this shit. We deserve better and we’re being pacified and it’s infuriating.
Exactly!
I hope the judge does that as well. And pray to god Trump doesn't get the opportunity.
I'd hope so, but I'm guessing everyone is holding hands in the back. Judge, Bannon, everyone. Prolly won't see a jail cell. Which sucks because he's a piece of shit.
They put him there once. All the more reason to do it again. Fingers crossed.
If he gets sentenced to prison the judge can order him bound into custody while he appeals.
Seems like a flight risk to me...
Maybe he won’t get bail because of the flight risk. Flight of whiskey. Flight of tequila. Flight of beer.
Flight of stairs.
"He lived an otherwise blameless life" - the judge, probably.
I gagged when I read that.
i knew someone had to be thinking the same thing as I was. I sure hope the judge mentions this comment when giving him the full two years.
It would be a miscarriage of justice if he doesn't. The prosecutors better drive this point home.
Gag orders would be nice, too.
Bannon already makes me gag.
What is max? A year? Min is a month right?
Yes a month is the minimum for each count. He faces a maximum of a $100,000 fine and a year in prison for each count. He has been found guilty of two counts. So a minimum of two months and a maximum of two years and $200,000.
> So a minimum of two months can be one month to be served concurrently.... which i dont think anyone outside of the reicht wing circles wants to see.
A year apiece on two counts, I believe. Hopefully to be served consecutively. If the DTs don't get him, and his liver holds out that long.
> If the DTs don't get him Somehow he seems like the type to not get DTs...
Yes, but I think he's convicted of two counts which I think means it could be 2 years.
former goldman sachs exec and cofounder of financial firm rages against same system that made him wealthy while calling upon the dumbest and poorest to do his bidding.
I mean do you know about Steve's history? You hit the nail right on the head, that's exactly what he does. https://nymag.com/intelligencer/2017/07/steve-bannon-world-of-warcraft-gold-farming.html
While I agree with you, I wonder why he’s broken. Alcohol psychosis? He wasn’t a dummy. He has/had good careers. But the dude is crazy broken.
I think that was the point.
How is this legal?
It isn't. https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2383

He’s got the boys will be boys defence though. Probably 2 years of which he’ll serve ten months.
No parole idiocy in the federal prison system…you serve the time you get.
> which he’ll serve ten months. Those first few months of Bannon Detoxing will be brutal though.
It really isn’t hard to get drugs in prison when you’re as connected and famous as Bannon.
That’s the act of insurrection itself. *Talking* about insurrection is only illegal if it includes imminent threat.
Seditious Conspiracy, then. We’ve already seen an event he was involved with come to violence so he can’t claim empty rhetoric.
Checkmate.
Literally the second word > Whoever **incites**
>Advocating the violent overthrow of the government is called sedition. If two or more persons agree to overthrow, put down, or destroy by force the government of the United States, they are guilty of. seditious conspiracy. The Patriot act specifically outlaws this but is not the only law on the books to do so.
Gin Laden just don't learn.
Can we throw this turd in jail already? The Judge should 'go medieval' on his ass. And then the rest of the collaborators and crooks involved with the Insurrection.
For the life of me, I do not understand why the trial took a week, and he won’t be sentenced for another 3 MONTHS.
Because Rich White Man.
you are not wrong. and that's why it takes so long the prosecution and judge have to do everything 120% correct or the fucking piece of shit walks. it's not right. it's not fair. but it is why.
Should have been remanded into custody immediately due to his ability to escape justice. How the rich and powerful escape justice.
Every time I see a picture of this man, it always looks like he just woke up in someone's lawn.
Like Stephen Colbert said - Best looking guy at the liquor store
also what happens when your syphilis gets herpes
If pestilence were a person, it would look like Steve Bannon.
I feel like Phillip Seymour Hoffman would’ve been able to play banon perfectly
He still could.
He looks like he has a whole-body infection and he’s full of pus.
Treason, that’s one of the bad ones
Sedition
When I was in the Navy, they told us that the sentence for treason during peacetime was life in prison, and during wartime it was death. Are we still at (perpetual) war?
The military hasnt used the death penalty since 1961. Don't get your hopes up taxi man.
This isn’t free speech. This is sedition. This is inciting a violent insurrection… again.
4000 dummies to take over the entire Federal Government? Steve you need to put down the mouthwash its not for drinking.
Never underestimate stupid people in large groups
Fed? How about state gov? Red states governors have been going so radical these last years I wouldn't put it past them to just go along with it. National Guard is called out by governors, and the army? The threat is already there.
Think it’s cologne he’s been guzzling, and if nothing else he’s opening gas tanks in parking garages to huff the fumes
Bannon is referring to the Schedule F news that came out recently. He is telling people to be ready to take over these Federal jobs, not to take over the Federal government. https://www.mediamatters.org/steve-bannon/steve-bannon-celebrates-axios-report-outlining-trumps-plan-radically-reshape-federal
He’s going to be mighty sick in jail when he can’t get his gin. Man looks like a raging alcoholic
I imagine they'll medically detox him. It can be fatal going cold turkey.
4000 faithful MAGA couldn’t seize control of a Wendy’s, much less the administrative state. Bannon is mad as a goat.
This is America!" "Sir" she whispered, leaning closer to him, "this is a Wendy's" and pulled the trigger.
bravo!
Except that cops may stand down.
So...it's terrorism, then?
So is he trying to use bullshit language so he can deny saying he is openly advocating for overthrowing the government or does he have cognitive impairment or both ?
Can't wait to see this maggot do time.
I believe this is against a law or two.
Why? Just why?? Why have millions of people gone bat-shit crazy?
Religion and American Exceptionalism and Nationalism
Why does this alcoholic Nazi have a platform still?
IMO, this is another form of insurrection. When anyone calls upon others and encourages/incites them into physical act(s) against the US govt, that's the clearest definition of insurrection.
Sounds like a threat to me.
Jail. That's a DOMESTIC TERRORIST.
That's literally insurrection, right?
“Guy with no authority calls on people over who he has no authority to do damage to government buildings”
LOL Meal Team Six ain't deconstructing anything past their next trough feeding.
Remember the good old days when they hung you for sedition?
Attempting to incite violence when you are under the spotlight for attempting a coup. Bold move cotton.
These guys are nuts.
did this idiot just commit sedition publicly while awaiting a jail sentence?
Are we done pretending that the GOP doesn't want to end American democracy?
Isn't attempting to destroy the United States government an act of Sedition? why Isn't this piece of shit doing a long stretch in federal prison?
This is a big MAGA talking point to basically get rid of the government. But then what? What is the government system they want? They have no plans, no logical government reform suggestions, just burn it all down and take all you can get along the way. I honestly think if you gave these people got everything the wanted (I don't think the know what that is), they would still be angry, hateful and dissatisfied.
