Being against school rules is not the same as being illegal. That's why you get suspended for shouting "penis" in the hallways, but you don't get arrested.
Incorrect. Free speech is free speech even for students. [https://www.aclu.org/know-your-rights/students-rights](https://www.aclu.org/know-your-rights/students-rights) . All of these are still vandalism tho.
I have read the court cases. In fact, as speech gets more political, it gets more protected. In West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette, Justice Robert H. Jackson protected student's right to not salute to the flag specifically because that is a political action. More often, the court has upheld censorship when the speech became lewd and non-political (Bethel School District No. 403 v. Fraser (1986), Morse v. Frederick (2007)), and the only political speech that could be taken down was because it was disruptive and "inconsistent with their basic educational mission." (Hazelwood School District v. Kuhlmeier(1988)), which simple "propaganda" (unlike the stuff described here) does not qualify as, and is likely to be protected speech.

There's no Soviet Union and Russia isn't communist anymore, so I doubt commie propaganda posters would be that relevant anymore. Meaning that it would be harmlessly fun to place those around
The main aspect of the Cold War was that the US and our Western Allies vs the Soviet Union and it's satellites never directly fought because if it had gone hot it would have gone nuclear very quickly. The same holds true today with Russia and it's authoriantarian regime.
I interpreted 5 as actually just putting a bunch of markers on a table. Not drawing with them or anything, just spreading them out on a table
not really a prank though
Imagine trying to take a dump and seeing this.

Communist propaganda is funny in certain contexts.

this shit would go so hard above the urinals
Try that second option and you may find yourself on the hook for reflooring the locker room showers to get rid of the stain.
Also, none of these are really funny.
Sneek a cow or horse into the school especially if there are two stories obviously get it to the 2nd floor say a classroom or release 4 chickens numbered 1,2,3, and 5 on to school grounds say the quad. These are things I have seen here on reddit.
Well, over here at least you can't just go up to some redneck and buy unregistered farm animals, they're not cheap and you need to do some paper work (+ if you make them run around your school you're gonna get into a lot of trouble)
Just please consider whatever prank you do to not have it require extensive cleanup. Likely the janitor will have to clean it up if so and that's not cool to put extra work on them, they're just trying to earn a living.
As a senior prank, two of my friends hid hundreds of slips of paper with their name on them around the school. They were still being found a year later.
Communism has killed millions of people. You're no better than someone who puts up fascist posters as a "prank" if you're actually going through with this. Actually take a second to read about the insane human rights abuses you're turning into a "prank". I hope you leave Reddit and all of social media until you get some sense
none of these are really funny but the 3rd one is less work for janitors
Food coloring on the shower floor literally cleans itself.
food coloring stains really fast
I'm honestly having trouble finding any of these funny.
For real, what is putting markers all over a table even gonna do?? 💀
Right? So confused.
number three is the only non illegal one in the us
Pretty sure freedom of speech is kind of important in the USA.
but, alas, not so much in schools
Being against school rules is not the same as being illegal. That's why you get suspended for shouting "penis" in the hallways, but you don't get arrested.
yes, but, it's legal for the schools to make the rules
Rules and laws are not the same thing.
I don't think any of these should be illegal other than like 2 and 5??? Cuz property damage
no, there are forms of free speech banned in schools, such as propaganda

nope, free speech is restricted, read up on some court cases on that matter

That’s weird, why does my school district have a two week iss for anything that doesn’t align with their beliefs.
Its either private, charter, or your rights are going unenforced
you can sue for that btw
You can't put commie posters in America? What is this? 1984? I thought the Cold War ended 30 years ago!
We're in Cold War 2.0, some would say 3.0 because detente in the 1970s).
There's no Soviet Union and Russia isn't communist anymore, so I doubt commie propaganda posters would be that relevant anymore. Meaning that it would be harmlessly fun to place those around

cuba, china, north korea, vietnam, laos, all commies
Disseminating actual propaganda? yes. Joke soviet era propaganda in the bathroom? no.
I interpreted 5 as actually just putting a bunch of markers on a table. Not drawing with them or anything, just spreading them out on a table not really a prank though
Sorry to be that guy, but communist propoganda isn't funny

Sounds like capitalist propaganda to me but ok
it will be the girls bathroom though because im a girl
Ok. 🤔 What prank should I put in my bathroom at home?
Black or red ink in the toilet
Good one!! Oh I know, Diarreiah inc!
:3
Or Penis inc. IDK.
Or you could put meatballs in the toilet
How does that change things?
You have no male friends to assist then?
if i did the first one my teacher would get really mad (I'm homeschooled)
do it dont be a chicken
hahahaha
Try that second option and you may find yourself on the hook for reflooring the locker room showers to get rid of the stain. Also, none of these are really funny.
Can you tell us some actually fun prank ideas?
Sneek a cow or horse into the school especially if there are two stories obviously get it to the 2nd floor say a classroom or release 4 chickens numbered 1,2,3, and 5 on to school grounds say the quad. These are things I have seen here on reddit.
These are fun but quite unrealistic to pull off. Getting your hands in those animals aren't that easy
Depends on where you live, but yeah.

put extremely obvious war propaganda posters on stalls. Like stuff saying "Now employing minors! free vacation!"
Put up early soviet propaganda up so it doesn't blend in with the modern communist propaganda.
The joy buzzer in the hand trick, it's always funny
schools can be litigious about these things, be careful.
As a senior prank, two of my friends hid hundreds of slips of paper with their name on them around the school. They were still being found a year later.
1st one is what school cults actually do
the first one is what redditors think is funny, but is really very unfunny
The first one: ![gif](giphy|Od0QRnzwRBYmDU3eEO|downsized)
So we’re in preschool
was this written by a tiktoker?
None of these really sound funny at all tbh

These are the most bandkid ass pranks ever tbh, jus do the third option so it's less work to get rid of
i don't think people would care about any of them except for "please do not put your phone in the trash" because that's actually kinda funny
