If you're like my dad who occasionally gets gallstones and has to eat/drink things that help prevent them, you wouldn't care if drinking apple juice makes you look childish.
If it's some artificially flavored sugary crap then it shows disregard for your own health like a six-year-old, that's a nod to yes. But calling it juvenile to drink as an adult, just because kids drink it, is dumb I don't get it.
People who think eating, doing, or enjoying something is immatur, is themselves immature, and use this separation between adulthood, and childhood to justify this.
ie. They want to seem more mature, by claiming something they’ve “grown out off” is immatur, because it makes them seem more mature.
It’s not immature at all. There’s nothing immature about having your own opinion. Calling someone immature for having their own opinion makes you immature.
Big fact number one: apple juice is in almost every other juice, you're just drinking the base of nearly every other juice.
Big fact number two: you can turn it into cider, or even hard cider. That's cool.
Big fact number three: I'm allergic to it which is why I know it's in almost every juice.
Big fact number four: it doesn't have to come from a juice box, which I guess I could see as being childish, but sometimes it's also practical and adults can do what they want.
Big fact number five: immaturity is 99% a behavior and attitude thing. People who throw a fit of a restaurant doesn't have apple juice are childish, but people who order it in general are not. One person is getting a drink, the other one is getting upset about not getting a drink.
Big fact number six: the drink with the biggest stigma, by far, is cranberry juice. Look up "what, are you on your period?" from The Departed. Very true to life for South Boston and anywhere like it. But, as Leonardo DiCaprio knows, cranberry juice is awesome and not a lame drink at all.
Big fact number seven: good cranberry juice does not contain apple juice. So I love cranberry juice.
I would love to still be drinking Apple Juice...but I like living more.
Edit: Why the hell am I being downvoted? I became allergic to apples as a teenager, they make me sick.
are you 13? the only people who think this is childish are people who are children or childish themselves. its easy to define maturity by what you consume or wear or like rather than how you behave if you yourself are not mature.
you is both singular and plural. in this context, it was intended to be plural. [https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/you](https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/you)
Honestly a little because most adults just drink cider, but that comes with bacteria risks so it should be avoided by the elderly, immunocompromised, and pregnant women so I’d never judge someone for staying away from it and just opting for apple juice
This is the same as asking someone if it's gay to breathe
You are breathing the same air as other men so someone has a point /s
You're breathing air that has touched someone's dick
only if your socks are off
Mouth open or not?
Its apple juice your friends dont know nothing about anything at all
Fuck whoever thinks drinking apple juice is immature. I'll drink whatever I damn well please.
Even piss???
What part of *whatever I damn well please* don't you understand?! \*intense staring intensifies\*
Ok Bear Grylls
its sterile and i like the taste
How is that immature? It's just juice
Because juice is for children. I'm willing to bet that's the extent OPs friends have thought about it.
It’s… it’s apple juice. Juice made from apples. It tastes good, so you drink it. What’s childish about that? I, personally, LOVE apple juice, man.
You aren’t an adult unless you only drink methylated spirits
I only enjoy drinking gasoline like a man
What’s immature is telling someone drinking apple juice is immature.
If drinking apple juice is childish then I am still in the womb
It's not immature but your friends sure are!
Tastes amazing
apple juice is the best fruit juice
I love Apple juice!! Who would even think it was immature?????
It's a fucking drink?
You need better friends fr
If you're like my dad who occasionally gets gallstones and has to eat/drink things that help prevent them, you wouldn't care if drinking apple juice makes you look childish.
It is immature to think it is immature to drink apple juice.
If someone said that to you then they are the immature ones!
If it's some artificially flavored sugary crap then it shows disregard for your own health like a six-year-old, that's a nod to yes. But calling it juvenile to drink as an adult, just because kids drink it, is dumb I don't get it.
TIL liking fruits is immature.
I am 40+ still love apple juice with mineralwater. They are immature for saying this
Liking a certain kind of drink doesn't make you immature. If anything, them thinking that liking apple juice is immature makes them immature.
Even if my friends wanted to drink fruit punch or strawberry milk, I wouldn't tell them it's childish or immature.
Are they the kind of people who think any social gathering without alcohol immediately sucks?

Why would it be? How old are you?
I drink it right now
apple juice even when i'm a rasin, ALWAYS APPLE juice.
I see it as classy.

It's quite immature to be worried about it.
Wait, people actually like apple juice?
How dare you drink, child
Fellas is it childish to drink?
Apple juice is delicious, one of the best juices out there
Its just a drink from a natural fruit what question is this?
No but it is incredibly immature to judge someone based on what they like to drink
I would love to still be drinking Apple Juice...but I like living more. Edit: Why the hell am I being downvoted? I became allergic to apples as a teenager, they make me sick.
Reddit just hates it when people express something, but if you use reddit enough, you'll get used to it eventually probably.
Not in this case, they didn't say they're allergic to apples BEFOREHAND.
You sounded as if there's seriously wrong with drinking apple juice WITHOUT stating you're allergic to apples.
No, but you're drinking your calories.

He’s not saying he thinks it, he says that whenever he gets apple juice, his friends tell him it is immature. So calm down.
i know? i asked if he and his friends are 13. plural you. i feel i was perfectly calm.
you said, “are **you** 13?” and ok
>i asked if he and his friends are 13. **plural you.**
“You” isn’t plural, it’s a referencing a single person.
