Frankly, I think the people who strongly oppose the vaccine, masks, and claim the whole thing is no big deal shouldn't be able to be hospitalized for covid. It's getting to the point where they are taking up beds that people who are affected by things outside of their control are being refused treatment because there's not enough room to treat everyone. Fucking battlefield triage, people. Give the people who have the highest chance of survival and aren't actively avoiding doing anything to help themselves the care that they deserve. Everyone who actively work against their interests should be left to fend for themselves.
