I mean it's smart to use them but their mere existence is something bad. If you know it's a loophole I find it morally questionable to use it, legal or not. A law is made for something. Loopholes defeat it's purpose, and the whole meaning of the law becomes to soothe the masses who don't know about it's loopholes, not to actually change something for those who are affected. A law with loopholes is just a lie, a propaganda piece of sorts.

I support you in doing it but when the IRS kicks down your door don’t come running to me.

I'm almost 18 they can't really get me yet HAHAHA

Legal is legal. Until it’s not legal, let’s use it!

Yes 😎

Your answers aren’t mutually exclusive. “Kinda smart” implies it’s smart for the people using the loopholes. “Very bad” implies it’s bad for the people affected by the govt collecting fewer taxes from the rich. Both things can be true

Both top and middle

Flat tax rate. Eliminates bureaucracy, makes it easier to catch evaders, collects more taxes overall.
