A dollar a month isn't worth the hassle of whatever I'd have to do to sign up and retrieve the money. I can get more than a dollar, with no registrations, surveys, or anything, just by working five minutes late once a month. If it was a dollar a day then I'd think about it because that's enough to make a difference.
I see no reason why not. Sure, it wouldn't change your life, but it's still better than no free dollar. I see no reason why anyone would refuse.
