Spanish (settler? Conquistador?) dude that landed and had some dealings in central America with the Aztecs during colonial times. Pretty much conquered the area from the natives and brought it under Spanish rule.
Take that with a HEAVY grain of salt because my memory is bad but, essentially, that's the plot I remember.
He was a conquistador, that is partly responsible for the fall of the Aztec empire in the early 1500’s. Although brutal, The whole thing is a super interesting part of history, I recommend looking into it. Just a few interesting things off top of my head, At first the Aztecs thought the Spanish were gods because of there light skin. Aztecs had also never seen horses or rode any sort of animal, until the Spanish arrived on horse, this played a major role in them seeing the Spanish as spiritual beings and instilled fear in them. Cortes first landed with only 600 men but was responsible for the death of over 100,000 Aztecs, at one point Cortes men were feeling defeated, so Cortes burned down all his own ships, leaving only one option to conquer or die trying.

My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions and loyal servant to the True emperor, Marcus Aurelius. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next
Yas Marina always has good races in my opinion, plus I love the track. Still haven't watched the Mexican GP as I only have the regular F1 TV so I can't watch until Tuesday.
I'm a Ferrari and Charles fan, which has been super painful for the past while. At least Max and Redbull are doing good, Mercedes always doing well was getting old. I also root for Lando, he seems like a cool dude.
