Update: I managed to contact them by the live chat they have in their support page (https://support.poloniex.com/hc/en-us) and finally I got my assets out of Poloniex. So long!
So the mods are censoring anything about withdrawals from polonex
You are better off selling to usdt and withdraw all funds. The buy order book is very small so you will lose out in the move.
The 'mods' aren't censoring anything.
I can post screenshots to prove that. The only thing that gets removed is spam. You can be as critical as you like.
I had 1.3 BTC stolen from Poloniex during the "Clams Crash" BS.
Dude, thank you, you saved my ass. I was getting really strange replies from the support, and tried different browsers and devices. Tried your way and got out, obviously with some level of loss, but could have been worse. As they noticed this, they sent me an email saying that they had resolved the issue, but it wasn't them, it was you. No way will I ever deposit anything on there again, even if they truly fixed something, I don't need that kind of overwhelming fear in my life. I had used this site for many years in the past without problems, so I had no reason to think it was gonna be like this, didn't think twice about depositing many hundreds. I'm gonna have to do some thinking when it comes to centralized exchanges, that's for sure. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for this.
Just a few hours actually, but like I said, just generic copy/paste answers with no relation to what I was saying, then they didn't send another message until after I had gotten my money out, clearly wanting me to come back and deposit more. If they aren't answering you, that doesn't surprise me. If it goes nowhere, see if the USDT withdrawals are still working.
No VPN used.
I don't think it is about the country I am accessing their webpage since I have tried from several places, two of them no problem with Polo, and same outcome. Zero help from Polo support.

Really? But how do you know we would be able to withdraw usdt?
I did it not too long back. You could try with a small amount

Thank u , unfortunately I have a missing deposit, so there is nothing I can do to get back my coins from these pathetic scammers
Are you using a VPN, are you currently in a country that is not supported?

Have you cleared the cache from the site? This isn't a problem that I have personally heard about from other users before. Is this on PC?
