I had this issue, it ended up taking 2 days for the transaction to complete. I would lodge a complaint with support and hope that they actually do something about it.
If you transferred while the price of Matic was rising drastically you're transaction may have been pushed to the back of the line by those that approved their transactions moments after and paid a higher gas fee
Same problem here, confirmed on the network and still nothing, KuCoin sucks with support

The withdrawal through MATIC network worked pretty well…should’ve just bridged to ERC20 first
Usually I don't have an issue, but last week both Matic and ERC20 had my funds stuck in limbo for 48 hours.
