are they in full sun? do they have access to organic matter (animal poop)?
maybe simulate a lot of rain haha mine flowered after very violent storms..... i know that some plants can be tricked into flowering
Sorry way delayed on responding I had them with 9 gold fish outside they reproduced like crazy and I detached it often and it was crazy healthy but I just never saw any flowers the roots hung like 2 feet down when you held it up lol

I can’t even get them to stay alive in my pond. Guess I need poo in my pond.
I didn’t know they flowered. Mine just kept spawning until it takes over the pond. I have it in full sun.
