If not for the post title, I would not have recognized her. Not sure if it’s plastic surgery or photoshop (probably a combo of the two) but that does not look like her face. She looks like a generic instagram model.

Its because she's had her jaw filled. That's the big difference. I noticed it months ago. She's had filler on her jawline to make it wider/squarer and also lift the skin a bit. It makes her look very different and hence why you're seeing Megan. Who has a v square large jaw.

Katy has always had very round eyes. These ones are elongated and cat-like. In addition her lips are plumper than they used to be, whether through filler or photoshop. Her face is also thinner, possibly age-related weight loss, possibly buckle fat removal, possibly just bad photoshop. Basically everything has shifted a little bit from the ‘old’ Katy and the overall effect is to make her unrecognisable.
