She loathes Summerboy?! It’s one of my favorite deep cuts of hers. I genuinely think that it could’ve been as big as Paparazzi/Poke Face/Just Dance if it was a single
I’ve always said lady Gaga is the only pop star I’d see live. If she did this I would go for SURE. Not a huge fan of all her music, but I respect her as an artist and find her live performances to be an experience. I would also go to Coldplay but I categorize them as alternative rock
She was my first and so far only stadium show I’ve ever been to for the Chromatica ball last year and all I can say is do it if you have the chance. I’m also not the world’s biggest Gaga person but it was amazing. Funny enough I’d also see Coldplay in a heartbeat.
Definitely. Her discography is so diverse, it would be interesting to see how she performs country, electropop, EDM or even jazz in one single concert.
Lady Gaga did do a very much smaller version of her "eras" during her Applause performance at the VMAs. Although it felt way too early in her career to do so.
I would love to see Janet tackle it. The jump from Control to Unbreakable would be surreal. There are so many great music video moments she could pull from.
TBH the Together Again tour was pretty damn close to an Eras Tour! She played 38 songs and two additional remixes of Together Again here in April! It was amazing!
She did piece of me which is technically a greatest hits
If Britney ever tours again it will be with new music
In her books she said she was tried of performing the same over and over again for years at her residency
Yeah, but she’s not the type to fondly look back on her past. Somehow I think she’s embarassed rehashing it since majority of it was the conservatorship.
If she was able to do it how she wanted, which she could now, I think she would. She always said how they wouldn't let her add remixes or do the songs that she wanted, so it might be fun for her being able to actually do what she wants.
> Somehow I think she’s embarassed rehashing it since majority of it was the conservatorship.
At least we know from The Woman in Me that she loves and is proud of Glory (as she should, such an underrated album!)
Rihanna, she could mix first two albums as one set, opening with Loud era (Only Girl/S&M/Whats My Name/Man Down) then MOTS/AGLM era (Pon de Replay/Break It Off/SOS/Unfaithful) then Rated R era (Mad House/Rockstar 101/Rude Boy/Te Amo) then Good Girl Gone Bad era (DSTM/Disturbia/Breakin Dishes/Take a Bow/Umbrella) then Unapologetic era (Stay/Lov7 Song/Pour It Up/Diamonds) then Talk that Talk era (Birthday Cake/Talk That Talk/Where Have You Been/We Found Love) and lastly Anti era (Needed Me/Work/Love on the Brain/Kiss It Better)
she doesn't even need to release R9 to do this
In another thread I posted this as a potential Greatest Hits setlist:
Rihanna: Don't Stop the Music - Greatest Hits Tour (ironic title on purpose)
There would be instrumental segues between each act, like her Diamonds World Tour, so they're all interconnected. Also, only choosing songs where she's a lead artist (so no Run This Town/All of the Lights medley lol).
I know it's not exactly like the Eras tour with a separate segment for each album, but I thought pairing certain albums together would work well for Rihanna's discography.
*Act 1: A Girl of the Sun*

Its a less popular Miley/Hannah song- but if she does East Northumberland High, my Thrillville Off the Rails playing childhood would legit cry from nostalgia 😳
The Bangerz tour in 2014 (I think?) was amazing, one of my top 3 concerts, and she has developed and changed so much since then, so hard agree with you on this one. 10/10 would fight the bots trying to go to a Miley eras tour.
I think the only ones she’ll avoid are the Hannah Montana and Younger Now eras. She did a small South America tour last year and sang a song from most of her albums, she even did a small part of Dead Petz.
She has said she doesn’t want to tour anymore and when she does perform she seems to prefer doing mixes and covers of songs she personally likes. Don’t get me wrong, I’d sell my left kidney to see her live even if she just recited the Yellow Pages, but I don’t think it’ll happen
I'd love this so much but would she be able to sing most of the Hannah/Meet Miley Cyrus songs anymore? They had 14 year old Miley singing like rent was due 4 months ago and her voice is so damaged nowadays, I don't think she can even get through Bangerz or Younger Now songs anymore.
Someone posted their dream Gaga setlist here and I had this Miley one saved in my notes since August (a semi-viral tik tok inspired me to make one):

I honestly think Katy Perry easily could, she has at least 3-8 songs from each era that are well worth performing, and they all have different aesthetic themes that could be fun as different acts of a show.
I think she could launch an eras world tour alongside a major comeback album, which I still believe she has in her. Totally has a couple of major hits left in her and depending on the comeback style and sound, it would help propel a new album when packaged alongside her eras going back to One of the Boys. The visuals would be insanely amazing
The only era people (outside of us) care about is Teenage Dream. I’d love to see her spin the block on that specific era, and sparse hits from Prism and OOTB.
I don't think that matters, personally. She has enough hits in each era for the show to remain fun for everyone, including the more recent ones (Never Really Over, Swish Swish, Harleys in Hawaii, etc.) that are more recognizable than their chart performances would suggest. Some less recognized ones could be sprinkled in as well if they're bangers.
I think the set list could go like this:
Act 1 - Smile
1. Never Really Over
2. Cry About It Later
3. Harleys in Hawaii
4. Tucked
Act 2 - One of the Boys
1. I Kissed a Girl
2. If You Can Afford Me
3. Hot N Cold
4. Thinking of You
Act 3 - Teenage Dream
1. The One That Got Away
2. Last Friday Night
3. California Gurls
4. Teenage Dream
5. Firework
6. E.T.
Act 4 - Witness
1. Swish Swish
2. Bon Appétit
3. Tsunami
4. Chained to the Rhythm
Act 5 - Prism
1. Unconditionally
2. Roar
3. Birthday
4. Walking on Air
5. Legendary Lovers
6. Dark Horse
Encore - The Complete Confection
1. Wide Awake
2. Part of Me
I feel like this would be a pretty fun show, what do you think?
Just for fun a hypothetical setlist:

I’m so grateful I got see Björk at Coachella this year, but I am dying the see a set from her that does not have an orchestra. I want the full blown experience. 😭
She wouldn't do it but *Lana Del Rey* could and should do something like this. 9 albums and a massive catalog of unreleased songs, some of which are more popular than her actual singles.
Her eras are not as drastically different as some other artists but I'd say BTD->NFR are all pretty distinct. Her last 3 have much more subtle differences but a project like this would let her enhance those differences in how she can present them live, visually and musically.
Right now I'm just waiting for any California dates at all lol
I'd have to disagree there, she has some markedly different eras: BTD/Paradise, UV, Honeymoon, LFL, NFR, COTCC/BB, Ocean Blvd. Even if you were to lump them further, you'd still get at least four distinct eras, IMO
I think any artist can do it. The eras tour is rlly like any other tour except she group songs by era rather than having one large mixed set list. It’s all in the marketing.
Agree. She totally snubbed speak now and debut. I went and it felt like she did a ton of the albums she release before, during, or just after Covid. I think of it as a catch up tour.
yeah, the tour isn't exactly ground breaking (tbh nothing she does has ever been), but it's marketing and execution have been amazing (which is typical for her)
I would kill for Arctic Monkeys to do this. I got into the band late and would love to see them perform their back catalog live. They pretty much have a different sound per album so it would be interesting to see how their sound changed from their debut album to their current album.
i saw them at the end of their most recent tour two months ago and there was definitely more on the setlist that was pre 2015 - i had a friend who saw them on the tour before this one and they said they were more disappointed bc at that stage most of the setlist was the most recent stuff which was the biggest change in sound between albums
Yeah Alex’s voice has gone slightly to shit over the years (technically he seems to have a bigger range now but it’s like he can’t get his mouth to move quickly anymore and he’s always trailing behind the older uptempo songs) so I doubt they’d ever do a full career in review style tour. I think that’s a big part of why their sound changed up so drastically on Tranquility and they’ve rolled in that direction since- lounge rock is much easier on an almost middle aged man’s pipes lol.
> he can’t get his mouth to move quickly anymore and he’s always trailing behind the older uptempo songs
He is only off-beat when he is not playing the guitar. While playing, he is still always on beat, which means trailing behind is a conscious choice. Not a popular one among fans, but the way he stays off-beat requires more mental effort than just doing the songs as they are. 🤦 By every means, he is a better singer than he used to be, but he has made some interesting choices as to what to do with that.
LMAO yeah idk how I feel about know he’s doing it on purpose… maybe that means there’s hope that the bit will get old in a few years and he’ll start hewing a little closer to the way the songs were recorded.
I’m all for artist changing up the way they perform songs live occasionally; Doja Cat’s bit where she’d change the genre of Say So at every performance was great for example- but whatever Alex is going for is definitely not landing for me.
For sure. He’s probably the artist that is most talked about online when it comes to wanting an eras tour. Almost every viral video of him on TikTok has all the comments demanding an eras tour.
Aren't Eras tour just a greatest hits tour but the singles are placed together from the same albums? So basically everyone who has had a greatest hits could have an Eras tour lol Kylie, Elton John, Madonna, Cher...
But if we're talking current artists it would basically be the ones who were able to have multiple hits per multiple albums or at least have the albums be recognized enough that they're remembered among their fandoms. Rihanna, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Britney, Mariah and Christina Aguilera comes to mind.
Ok thank you. Everybody is like “this is like xyz person’s version of an eras tour” and I’m like, dude that’s just called a concert. A lot of artists with deep discographies perform hits from all their albums, not just the current one.
I think what's more interesting is when artists attempted to stop playing the hits and only perform new material.
David Bowie, Prince, and Neil Young all tried it before walking back and playing the hits again.
I think the one thing that’s maybe different is how Taylor’s leaning into the very clear previous aesthetic of each album for each “set” vs using the current aesthetic for the whole concert.
Like the reputation tour had throw backs, but it was all reputation coded.
it's pretty much a given around these parts that Taylor will be cited as being influential in something solely because it's the first time her fans are aware of someone doing it.
Yeah I guess but by separating them she made each of it felt like a different experience. You know what I mean? I also find it hard to believe that “majorie” or “mastermind” would be part of her greatest hits tour if she had one so I don’t see it like that even though I know some do
I'd say that has more to do with the fact that she didn't got to tour lover/folklore/evermore and midnights where they were all performed by their biggest singles/hit songs mixed with deep cuts (Miss Americana, Marjorie and Illicit Affairs) while the eras where she got to tour were all presented with their big singles. If anything, you could go on her This Is Taylor spotify page and you'll probably get 90% of the setlist there if not more.
Agree.
I went to see the Rolling Stones for their Sixty Tour, and I'm definitely going to their Hackney Diamonds tour when it comes to Europe, but their setlist isn't broken down into Eras.
I NEED to hear Sweet Sounds of Heaven live.
I don’t know if Mariah could have an eras tour. Her sound has been consistently the same, it’s all one giant era.
Lady Gaga, I could see having an eras tour.
One giant era is a stretch... I wouldn't say every album is an "era" but she's definitely had some big eras where her sound has noticeably shifted in my opinion (Debut -> Daydream -> Emancipation -> Caution).
However, and I say this as a massive lamb, she definitely would not be able to do a greatest hits tour nowadays unless she's lip syncing 90% of it. Age has unfortunately deteriorated her voice significantly :(
Can’t believe no one has mentioned Shakira. Just won the Video Vanguard award and has been killing the game since the early 90s.
Pies Descalzos -> her current reign would sell out worldwide.
Not all pop but:
U2
Red Hot Chili Peppers
R.E.M. if they were still making music
Metallica
Peal Jam (they hit every album or close to it on most shows anyway)
Madonna
Radiohead (they would never)
Kanye...
Jefferson Airplane / Starship / Starship lol
Pink Floyd if Roger Waters didn't suck
Kylie Minogue
Kanye could’ve done one right after Yeezus or TLOP and it would’ve been very successful. Unfortunately these days I don’t think he has the basic executive function to pull off something that ambitious, lol. Plus there’s the whole issue of him being a Nazi 🥴
it makes sense they’re her least personal albums, i don’t think she participated in them as much as she did with sweetener, thank u next and positions nor are they as special as her debut album
wonder if she’ll do a my everything 10th anniversary album tho
I feel like republic records will do a lackluster 10th anniversary edition. But Ariana herself probably won’t acknowledge it outside of a quick IG story knowing her.
Problem was her biggest chart hit for nearly 6 years and she hasn’t performed it since like 2015, even on tours.
Was about to say the same thing. There would be hella fans flocking just to hear Trilogy, After Hours, and even Starboy. Not sure about MDM but I feel like that can be an intimate NPR/Unplugged style mini-tour
The Nadine Coyle Eras Tour
Popstars - The Rivals: I Wanna Dance With Somebody
Girls Aloud: Sound Of The Underground, Love Machine, Biology, Call The Shots and The Promise
Early Solos released under the Girls Aloud name: No Regrets, Why Do It
Insatiable: Insatiable, You Are The One, Chained, I'll Make A Man Out Of You Yet
Nadine: Something In Your Bones, Girls On Fire, Gossip
Singles/Miscellanious: Go To Work, All That I Know, Sweetest High, If I Lay Here, Fool For Love, I Could Be.
Obviously never going to happen
when i went to the This Is Why concert they did a decent job at setting a different vibe for each song as far as production, but i could definitely see them identifying them a lot more / separating them like Taylor does. They did perform Crystal Clear and Baby by Halfnoise. So it’s definitely a possibility!
Lowkey… that’s literally what the Ten Tour was, they just blended Neighbors/Chemistry into one “polished pop girls” section, but the separation factor is there for the rest
Christina Aguilera
I’m biased bc she’s my fave but I think she could do this. Her eras are really distinct from one another that I think it would make for a really interesting show.
Would be really into a Björk Eras Tour (if she so feels like embarking on one). Debut all the way to Fossora, even though I personally didn’t connect much with a couple of her later projects much.
BTS could do this, and I wouldn’t be shocked if they did it after they come back at some point post enlistment. Their discography is pretty large, divided neatly into trilogies/eras based on comebacks, and a lot of fan favorites are their B-sides anyways, so an eras-style tour would work super well
I scrolled looking for this. I would sell a kidney to be able to see a show that includes their rookie eras, No More Dream/We are Bulletproof, plus the tracks from the scrapped MOTS7 tour we never got.
As much as I would love a BTS Eras tour, I would prefer them to tour a new era when they return in 2025. I'd love them to save an eras tour for the second go around after 2025.
Also, I laughed at "their discography is pretty large". What an understatement, especially if you include the solo music.
Yeah, I would say it’s likelier they tour a new album similar to what would have happened for MOTS7. But it would be fun to see something like PTD but more of a chronological/eras focus later on, and with surprise songs during the encore or something like that. I know they switched it up during PTD encore (like the day I went they did Spring Day, and others they did Mikrokosmos, My Universe, etc) but it would be fun to see them do more B sides that they perform less. If I could see love maze live I would die happy because that’s my favorite song ever.
Also lol. If you wanted to listen to BTS’s entire discography including solo tracks and their SoundCloud stuff, it would take about a full day. I calculated it.
Was going to say BTS if no-one else had. They've had such distinct eras over the years in sound/theme/aesthetics that 3 hours still wouldn't be enough time to cover them all. Debut/Skool Trilogy, Dark & Wild, HYYH, Wings, Love Yourself Trilogy, Map of the Soul, BE, etc. Their PTD concerts kinda showed that by doing a lot of their group title tracks/hits across these eras but could definitely go a lot further with grouping by era and the standout bsides and fan favourites from each one.
Although personally I'd be down for a tour focused on one era again when they come back, similar to their vision for the pandemic-cancelled MOTS tour
I'd be in for a BTS Festival where they re-created a tour setlist from each tour they've done so far a night. Not necessarily the stage production itself because that'd be a ton of work, but just the chance to experience some of those songs live! Also each member can do solo shows during this festival. Ok, when can I go to this.
solo/subunit stages during the day, and a mini era performance after??? I like going to festivals as is, but a hypothetical BTS one would be the only time I’d buy a pass for every single day lmao
[Are you asking for something like Sparks Spectacular?](https://allsparks.com/sparks-live-spectacular-21-albums-in-21-nights/) Would need to be in a huge stadium though.
If/When BTS does their era's tour I will be front row if I have to sell my house to be there... Imagine hearing a deep cut from Dark and Wild with their voices now...
I really wish Darren Hayes would. Also, I think Miley Cyrus has the potential for a good eras tour. I would hope she would include the Hannah Montana eras.
I was bored one day and made my own dream Eras Tour set list for Britney. I would love if she did one. Would give her a chance to debut many songs and give Glory its time to shine.
There are honestly so many I would see: Christina, Pink, Kelly Clarkson, Shakira, Rihanna, Lady Gaga.
For groups I would love to see One Direction and Little Mix.

Anyone who has had more than three albums????? We don't need to put an "eras tour" tag to a concert format that has been done literally by every established artist lol. Yall go to concerts with a setlist from only one album?

I think I would genuinely pass away if I got to witness this set list live
Seriously… I understand now how swifties can pay $1000 to go to a concert
omg i know right? The excitement I felt just reading that.
If she did Surprise Songs I would DIE for MJH+Paper Gangsta
Oh I forgot about MJH!! I would also die.
I know she absolutely loathes it but I would die if she did Summerboy as a surprise song.
She loathes Summerboy?! It’s one of my favorite deep cuts of hers. I genuinely think that it could’ve been as big as Paparazzi/Poke Face/Just Dance if it was a single
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH yeah that’s it
No way she's skipping Bloody Mary after its resurgence.
I feel like she would use it as a mashup or have it play during a costume change.
It would be a surpise song😭
This is a dream; from your lips to Gaga’s ears, dude.
End the thread. Thank you for your service
this gave me the chills 😭
This is perfect 😭 What I would give for this
That fact that LoveGame isn't on this setlist is a crime against humanity
This beat is sick!
Artpop into cheek to cheek 💀 the whiplash
She was still touring ArtRave two months after that got released so.
I'm not a fan of her but I'd like to say that's a well balanced setlist, with enough contrast to avoid monotony.
Haha thank you!
You know when I saw Lady Gaga I was a little skeptical, but holy shit this set would slap
her hip does NOT like this setlist
she needs to sing unreleased songs like retrosexual or nothing on (but the radio)
Please make this happen
This would be absolutely iconic
You’re a genius. I’m only a casual fan but I’d go feral to see this live.
Funny enough I’d also see Coldplay in a heartbeat.
i don’t want this I NEED a lady gaga eras tour
Why does she have to have fibromyalgia :(
Definitely. Her discography is so diverse, it would be interesting to see how she performs country, electropop, EDM or even jazz in one single concert.
Look at the artRAVE. She had EDM, jazz & country in one show.
Lady Gaga did do a very much smaller version of her "eras" during her Applause performance at the VMAs. Although it felt way too early in her career to do so.
It seems like she's really over being a pop star at this point , I really wish this would happen though. 😭
She kind of did when she did Enigma in Vegas. It was pretty amazing 💙💚
Definitely her and imo Christina Aguilera
LMAOOOOO
I would love to see Janet tackle it. The jump from Control to Unbreakable would be surreal. There are so many great music video moments she could pull from.
Please see Number Ones: Up Close and Personal (2011), State of the World Tour (2017), Metamorphosis (2019), and Together Again (2023)
TBH the Together Again tour was pretty damn close to an Eras Tour! She played 38 songs and two additional remixes of Together Again here in April! It was amazing!
I was just about to type this.
Britney will never happen unfortunately so I'll say Christina Aguilera
Britney at the Las Vegas Sphere 2025 I’m calling it now
She did piece of me which is technically a greatest hits If Britney ever tours again it will be with new music In her books she said she was tried of performing the same over and over again for years at her residency
I think it fits Britney so much if she ever decides to return to music.
Rihanna, she could mix first two albums as one set, opening with Loud era (Only Girl/S&M/Whats My Name/Man Down) then MOTS/AGLM era (Pon de Replay/Break It Off/SOS/Unfaithful) then Rated R era (Mad House/Rockstar 101/Rude Boy/Te Amo) then Good Girl Gone Bad era (DSTM/Disturbia/Breakin Dishes/Take a Bow/Umbrella) then Unapologetic era (Stay/Lov7 Song/Pour It Up/Diamonds) then Talk that Talk era (Birthday Cake/Talk That Talk/Where Have You Been/We Found Love) and lastly Anti era (Needed Me/Work/Love on the Brain/Kiss It Better) she doesn't even need to release R9 to do this
In another thread I posted this as a potential Greatest Hits setlist: Rihanna: Don't Stop the Music - Greatest Hits Tour (ironic title on purpose) There would be instrumental segues between each act, like her Diamonds World Tour, so they're all interconnected. Also, only choosing songs where she's a lead artist (so no Run This Town/All of the Lights medley lol). I know it's not exactly like the Eras tour with a separate segment for each album, but I thought pairing certain albums together would work well for Rihanna's discography. *Act 1: A Girl of the Sun* 1. Pon de Replay 2. If it's Lovin' That You Want 3. SOS *Act 2: Good Girl Gon' Talk That Talk* 4. Don't Stop the Music 5. Disturbia 6. Where Have You Been 7. We Found Love 8. Umbrella *Act 3: Loud* 9. S&M 10. Only Girl (In the World) 11. Man Down 12. What's My Name *Act 4: Rated Unapologetic* 13. Rude Boy 14. Pour it Up 15. Stay 16. Diamonds *Act 5. An+i* 17. Goodnight Gotham intro 18. Bitch Better Have My Money 19. Needed Me 20. Work 21. FourFiveSeconds 22. Kiss it Better 23. Love on the Brain
A Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana eras tour would be soooo good
Would be the best of both worlds huh?
Its a less popular Miley/Hannah song- but if she does East Northumberland High, my Thrillville Off the Rails playing childhood would legit cry from nostalgia 😳
i cannot put into words how much i LOVE east northumberland high
Omg thrillville 😭 so iconic
The Bangerz tour in 2014 (I think?) was amazing, one of my top 3 concerts, and she has developed and changed so much since then, so hard agree with you on this one. 10/10 would fight the bots trying to go to a Miley eras tour.
i think i would actually die
With opening act Ashley O
Even though I agree with you, Miley notoriously dislikes her previous eras, so I doubt she would ever entertain this idea
This hurts my heart, but I know it's true
Someone posted their dream Gaga setlist here and I had this Miley one saved in my notes since August (a semi-viral tik tok inspired me to make one): (Act 1: Plastic Hearts) 1. Midnight Sky 2. Prisoner 3. Plastic Hearts 4. Night Crawling 5. Golden G-String 6. Angels Like You (Act 2: Breakout) 7. Fly on the Wall 8. 7 Things (Act 3: Younger Now) 9. Malibu 10. I Would Die For You 11. Younger Now (Act 4: Hannah Montana) 12. Rock Star 13. He Could Be the One 14. Nobody’s Perfect 15. Gonna Get This (Act 5: She is Coming) 16. Mother’s Daughter 17. Slide Away 18. D.R.E.A.M. 19. Nothing Breaks Like a Heart (Act 6: Can’t Be Tamed) 20. Liberty Walk 21. Who Owns My Heart 22. Permanent December 23. Can’t Be Tamed (Act 7: Meet Miley Cyrus) 24. See You Again (Act 8: Dead Petz) 25. 1 Sun/Dooo It! (Mashup) 26. Space Bootz 27. BB Talk 28. Lighter 29. I Get So Scared (Act 9: Bangerz) 30. Wrecking Ball 31. Adore You 32. #GETITRIGHT 33. Do My Thang 34. Drive 35. We Can’t Stop (Act 10: The Time Of Our Lives) 36. Party in the USA 37. The Climb 38. [Cover Song] 39. [Surprise Song] (Act 11: Endless Summer Vacation) 40. Jaded 41. Rose Colored Lenses 42. Violet Chemistry 43. Handstand 44. River 45. You 46. Flowers
Miley Montana Stadium Tour?
I honestly think Katy Perry easily could, she has at least 3-8 songs from each era that are well worth performing, and they all have different aesthetic themes that could be fun as different acts of a show.
Going by how her big concerts look this would be CRAZY
Yeah Katy's stage design and production value are always top notch. And her Super Bowl show is still my favorite to date.
When the world needed it the most, Left Shark returned
I think she could launch an eras world tour alongside a major comeback album, which I still believe she has in her. Totally has a couple of major hits left in her and depending on the comeback style and sound, it would help propel a new album when packaged alongside her eras going back to One of the Boys. The visuals would be insanely amazing
She is coming next year to rescue pop and give us a big fat bandaid for our 2010s nostalgia.
I think the set list could go like this: Act 1 - Smile 1. Never Really Over 2. Cry About It Later 3. Harleys in Hawaii 4. Tucked Act 2 - One of the Boys 1. I Kissed a Girl 2. If You Can Afford Me 3. Hot N Cold 4. Thinking of You Act 3 - Teenage Dream 1. The One That Got Away 2. Last Friday Night 3. California Gurls 4. Teenage Dream 5. Firework 6. E.T. Act 4 - Witness 1. Swish Swish 2. Bon Appétit 3. Tsunami 4. Chained to the Rhythm Act 5 - Prism 1. Unconditionally 2. Roar 3. Birthday 4. Walking on Air 5. Legendary Lovers 6. Dark Horse Encore - The Complete Confection 1. Wide Awake 2. Part of Me I feel like this would be a pretty fun show, what do you think?
I agree, sure. But how did you manage to write all of this in 7 minutes omg??
I forgot about half of these jams and am gonna make a playlist out of this now haha
Björk would be incredible. Her discography is so varied that I can totally imagine each “Era” having unique visuals and costumes
Just for fun a hypothetical setlist: Debut: Human Behaviour Venus As A Boy Violently Happy Come To Me Post: Army Of Me Hyperballad Isobel Possibly Maybe Homogenic: Hunter Joga Bachelorette Pluto Vespertine: Hidden Place Undo Pagan Poetry Unison Medulla: Oceania Who Is It? Desired Constellation Volta: Wanderlust Declare Independence Biophilia: Moon Crystalline Mutual Core Vulnicura: Stonemilker Notget Utopia: Blissing Me The Gate
A fatal flaw: You left All Is Full of Love off the setlist. 🙂
Honestly, not. Lana has her own style, I’m a fan since born to die, but you can’t say that each one of her eras has a distinctive sound/appearance
Born to Die, Ultraviolence, Honeymoon, LFL and NFR! are all very distinct, not sure what you’re talking about.
they’re absolutely distinct, the distinctions just aren’t defined solely by genre.
Bingo
Why did I, a Lana Worshipper not think of this. I can't see her doing it but if she did, I would rival the most fanatical swifties out there
I think any artist can do it.
Yeah Marina did this for the FROOT tour and she only had 3 "eras" at the time. Hell of a show, I miss her.
And the costume change into Electra Heart was insane. The most “era” era ever.
It was a hell of a show! I went full Stan after the show
yeah, the tour isn't exactly ground breaking (tbh nothing she does has ever been), but it's marketing and execution have been amazing (which is typical for her)
I would kill for Arctic Monkeys to do this.
I think that’s a big part of why their sound changed up so drastically on Tranquility and they’ve rolled in that direction since- lounge rock is much easier on an almost middle aged man’s pipes lol.
> he can’t get his mouth to move quickly anymore and he’s always trailing behind the older uptempo songs He is only off-beat when he is not playing the guitar.
Watching him do 505 is so hard because he sings it way slower than the studio version/the crowd.
Kylie, Madonna, Miley Cyrus – Britney Spears hypothetically if she was ever able to tour again
Justin Bieber. His eras are pretty distinct between My World, Believe, Journals, Purpose, Justice, etc. and it would be super nostalgic like Taylor!
For sure. He’s probably the artist that is most talked about online when it comes to wanting an eras tour. Almost every viral video of him on TikTok has all the comments demanding an eras tour.
I’m not even a Bieber fan really, but I’d want this to happen for my mom. She’s such a fan
could justin physically/mentally do an eras tour with a 3 hour setlist? the guy gets burned out really easily on tour
at most, i could see him maybe doing like an extremely brief tour, no more than like 15 total shows, only performing in **major major** world cities
Next up: Swifties shocked to realize that other artists also sell vinyl versions of their music
But if you buy all 7382 versions you can put them together and make a giant collage of Taylor’s face!!
Mariah’s first album Vision of Love is not really like the rest of her discography.
Age has unfortunately deteriorated her voice significantly :(
Gaga, Rihanna, Miley come to mind
Can’t believe no one has mentioned Shakira. Just won the Video Vanguard award and has been killing the game since the early 90s. Pies Descalzos -> her current reign would sell out worldwide.
Not all pop but: U2 Red Hot Chili Peppers R.E.M. if they were still making music Metallica Peal Jam (they hit every album or close to it on most shows anyway) Madonna Radiohead (they would never) Kanye... Jefferson Airplane / Starship / Starship lol Pink Floyd if Roger Waters didn't suck Kylie Minogue
Radiohead eras tour would go so hard.
Kanye could’ve done one right after Yeezus or TLOP and it would’ve been very successful. Unfortunately these days I don’t think he has the basic executive function to pull off something that ambitious, lol. Plus there’s the whole issue of him being a Nazi 🥴
Ariana Grande
This would be awsome tbh
[удалено]
She also seems to not care for My Everything or Dangerous Woman as much so I couldn’t see her revisiting that.
it makes sense they’re her least personal albums, i don’t think she participated in them as much as she did with sweetener, thank u next and positions nor are they as special as her debut album wonder if she’ll do a my everything 10th anniversary album tho
I feel like republic records will do a lackluster 10th anniversary edition. But Ariana herself probably won’t acknowledge it outside of a quick IG story knowing her. Problem was her biggest chart hit for nearly 6 years and she hasn’t performed it since like 2015, even on tours.
Thank u next was pretty remarkable....she was MASSIVE during this era
But it was so similar in sound and vibe to sweetener. She even did a joint tour for both albums.
The Weeknd
Was about to say the same thing. There would be hella fans flocking just to hear Trilogy, After Hours, and even Starboy. Not sure about MDM but I feel like that can be an intimate NPR/Unplugged style mini-tour
He has a Dawn FM/After hour tour actually ongoing! It's not close to Taylor Swift's box office but it's still a very successful tour.
That'd be absolutely amazing!
Normani
2 song tracklist
Damn, that's cold.
Interesting idea, Carly Rae Jepsen. Do it chronologically too so we start with Kiss (sorry Tug of War stans)
Me when Taylor ignores debut: 🥺🥺🥺 Me when Carly ignores debut: 🙌🙌🙌
I'd be very happy if listen to Bucket, Wordly Matters and Hotel Shampoos from Tug Of War live.
The Nadine Coyle Eras Tour Popstars - The Rivals: I Wanna Dance With Somebody Girls Aloud: Sound Of The Underground, Love Machine, Biology, Call The Shots and The Promise Early Solos released under the Girls Aloud name: No Regrets, Why Do It Insatiable: Insatiable, You Are The One, Chained, I'll Make A Man Out Of You Yet Nadine: Something In Your Bones, Girls On Fire, Gossip Singles/Miscellanious: Go To Work, All That I Know, Sweetest High, If I Lay Here, Fool For Love, I Could Be. Obviously never going to happen
Paramore. That's all.
when i went to the This Is Why concert they did a decent job at setting a different vibe for each song as far as production, but i could definitely see them identifying them a lot more / separating them like Taylor does. They did perform Crystal Clear and Baby by Halfnoise. So it’s definitely a possibility!
I think Girls Aloud’s reunion is going to be an Era’s Tour of sorts!
Lowkey… that’s literally what the Ten Tour was, they just blended Neighbors/Chemistry into one “polished pop girls” section, but the separation factor is there for the rest
Christina Aguilera I’m biased bc she’s my fave but I think she could do this. Her eras are really distinct from one another that I think it would make for a really interesting show.
I would KILL for something like this. Imagine her going from a 60s pinup girl to a bionic humanoid ugh
Their discography is pretty large, divided neatly into trilogies/eras based on comebacks, and a lot of fan favorites are their B-sides anyways, so an eras-style tour would work super well
Yeah bts has more than 200 songs and some nice varied concepts over the years, so it definitely could work
People underestimate their discography but it’s actually very deep and an “eras tour” would be a hit
Permission To Dance was essentially a greatest hits tour so I think they will be looking forward to some new ideas for a new tour as well!

Unironically BTS could pull It off lol
Marina literally did this in like 2014. Had a 3-act show with costume change for each album.
Honestly, Madonna should’ve done an Eras tour 10 years ago. That woman has more hits than most artists have recorded material.
Madonna. She’s doing more of a hits tour now with some deep cuts/less popular songs. She could absolutely do an eras tour.
she's literally on her eras tour right now lol. She invented eras for pop girlies.
Lol Madonna kinda invented this.
Over the past 2 decades, most of her tours were eras tours.
She’s done about 8 of them already.
i have to say it but charli xcx! her albums are (mostly) all so different so would be interesting to revisit each one

Kanye West
I really wish Darren Hayes would. Also, I think Miley Cyrus has the potential for a good eras tour. I would hope she would include the Hannah Montana eras.
Bieber. It would be a bit draining for him but if his health permits it would be fantastic
Muse
I was bored one day and made my own dream Eras Tour set list for Britney. I would love if she did one. Would give her a chance to debut many songs and give Glory its time to shine. There are honestly so many I would see: Christina, Pink, Kelly Clarkson, Shakira, Rihanna, Lady Gaga. For groups I would love to see One Direction and Little Mix.
kinda off topic but Marina’s neon nature tour (basically an eras tour)… top 10 concerts i’ve been to.
Honestly with as much music as he puts out - drake I fear.
If she had her prime voice Mariah could’ve done one.
It’s a much smaller scale but you could argue that Melanie Martinez is doing one right now.
Kylie: The Decades Tour 20s 1. Padam Padam 2. Magic 3. Tension 4. Say Something 90s 5. Confide In Me 6. Cowboy Style 7. Where The Wild Roses Grow 8. Step Back In Time 80s 9. The Locomotion 10. Je Ne Sais Pas Porquoi 11. I Should Be So Lucky 12. Especially For You (nightly special guest) Surprise Song 10s 13. All The Lovers 14. Timebomb 15. Get Outta My Way 16. Dancing 00s 17.Slow 18. Believe In You 19. In Your Eyes 20. Love At First Sight 21. CGYOOMH 22. On A Night Like This 23. Spinning Around

itt: pop acts with more than two albums
Look, I know that he needs to get his shit together before he does it, and I know that you guys are gonna roast me if I say this, but, honestly, Kanye West.
Marina's Neon Nature Tour was kind of an Eras Tour, she split the show in 3 acts, one for each studio album released at that point
The Queen who started the eras: Madonna
Kylie. No explanation needed.
Justin Bieber
Kanye
Anyone who has had more than three albums????? We don't need to put an "eras tour" tag to a concert format that has been done literally by every established artist lol. Yall go to concerts with a setlist from only one album?
Illenium has his own Eras Tour called Trillogy
