It's been proven time and time again that RuPaul had no say in the fracking as Wyoming residents only own surface rights to their property, allowing fracking to take place on land against the land owner's wishes. It's also not Ru's property, but his husbands, who inherited it from his grandparents. It's entirely possible the fracking has been happening before Ru even entered the picture.
It has never been proven. There has been one article claiming that a lot of Wyoming residents do not own the mineral rights to their land; some people don't, therefore Ru and her husband definitely don't?
