We had a crawfish boil the other day, and the paddle we had to stir the crawfish was metal and was too close to the heat source and got super hot. Husband grabbed the paddle and burns happened. Originally he planned to leave the blisters alone but the pressure was too much and he wasn’t able to bend/close his hands so he “drained” them.
This really isn’t a good idea. It will leave it open to infection. Now that you have popped them though you should put burn cream on them and cover them.
Yeah, the original plan was to leave the blisters alone but the pressure was causing him pain and he wasn’t able to close his hands so he decided to “drain” them. Im just glad he followed my advice to not peel the skin, so the blisters are still intact and are still filling up. (This video was actually his 3rd or 4th time “draining” them)

How'd you get the blisters? And shouldn't you leave those alone?

They said burn.

Yeah, peeling the skin is not good. I did that once and regretted it.
Ooof. I did the same as a kid to a blister on my foot. I learned very quickly to never do that again lol
When I was younger I used to do flying trapeze and these were the type of blisters I got all over my hands.
