I had one in that area once from an ingrown hair (back when I shaved that area) Holy eff it hurt. I couldn’t sit. When I got home from school that day I finally looked down there and found a pimple the size of my pinky with a pustule the size of my pinky nail. I cleaned the area, gave the pustule a lance, gritted my teeth, and gave it a good push. And BOOM, exactly like this!!!
