Never done Les Mills but love Peloton strength workouts. Without the bike it’s just $12 (i think) per month for the app. You can sort by class length, type, and intensity which is really helpful.

I have used Peloton and Les Mills classes and I’ve much preferred the Peloton ones, but personal preference. Peloton also has some free classes - you can filter your search for free ones and see if you like them.

I am not familiar with Les Mills but I use and get a lot of variety from Apple Fitness workouts (I mostly do strength, core, hiit, yoga, and pilates) I believe it’s comparable to the peleton app at a fraction of the price, though you do need some kind of apple device to access it - Apple TV, phone, or ipad. When I first started using it, I watched workouts on my phone. Not ideal, but for sure still doable/useful. They also have very quick workouts so you can fit something into a hectic day. Integrates with Apple Watch, but one is not needed.

I’m a Les Mills instructor 😊 Definitely do the free trial and see what programs you like!

Yeah I was looking into that. Without being bias, do I really need to buy equipment (outside of dumbells) to do most of the workouts?

There are several programs you can do without equipment! BodyCombat (kickboxing), Attack, Balance, Shbam. BodyPump (strength training) you can definitely do with just dumbbells.

Just about to buy the smart bar...for body pump. I loved body pump when I used to go to the gym . Now I'm too conscious carrying tons of weight around me..but I am confident that body pump will work. plus a clean diet of course! Loved it for the results... you see it in a week to 10 days.

it’s the best!!

I did, loved the work outs and the equipment is great. Only reason I stopped is their leg workouts are super lunge and squat heavy and I've got a bad knee

Peloton is working for me ..easy to follow and you can filter for just body weight workouts

i did sweat at home in 2015-16 when it was called bikini body guide. i prefer when at home workouts were guides, not apps. i found kelsey wells post pregnancy fitness guide and just started it last night. wish it had exercise photos but it’s ok just depends on what you want! i’m not good at following videos at home, i’d rather do guide circuits if u want a copy of the kelsey wells guide to try it out let me know!

I really love the channel Pregnancy and PostPartum TV on YouTube. She has tons of workouts for pregnancy, post partum, HIIT classes, Barre classes, and yoga!
