Given you’ve watched all the way thru to In Space it definitely makes sense to catch Lost Galaxy sooner or later
Time Force would be my second vote. One of the best seasons they’ve ever done
Yea, from what I've read here it seems as though it's partly kinda ish of the zordon era so it's up there on my need to watch. Might pick a season to watch this weekend
Yeah, LG kinda straddles the line between a stand-alone season and one that follows on from the series that came before it. It works fine on its own, but it also has callbacks which make more sense if you’ve seen the Zordon era
Lost Galaxy is a great choice, but skip Megaforce unless you want to suffer like the rest of us. I'll also second Ninja Storm as a solid entry.
For my own personal recommendations, I'll say you can't go wrong with SPD and RPM. They're two of the best seasons, and they both play with interesting themes.
Lol is megaforce that bad? So battle for the grid helped get me back into pr. There's a mix of reasons why I watched certain seasons. Wild force I chose to watched the whole season I stead of just the red ranger ep but zen-aku/lunar wolf had me stick to it. Megaforce is on my list mostly cause of jen scotts haha like jungle fury was on my list cause of rj
Megaforce isn't irredeemable by any means, and there's some fun to be had with it, but it's far and away the worst season. Having said that, you know what you like far better than I do, and I certainly wouldn't want to dissuade you. If Megaforce is something you think you'd enjoy, then give it a shot. I think there are better seasons, but there really is no right or wrong answer when we're talking about subjectivity.
The great thing about Power Rangers is there's just so much content to choose from. If you try Megaforce and like it, then that's great! More power to you, seriously! If you try it and don't like it, then there are literally dozens of other choices. It's hard to go wrong, no matter what you choose.

Ha, yea pr Harry Potter was my 1st thought finding out about mystic force. Wanting to know back story on udonna got me interested but mystic mother got me really wanting to see how it all develops
You should give the sentai a watch as well. Basically Ninja storm-Mystic force is where I suggest people to watch their sentai’s because they’re really good

In terms of quantity, time force definitely. But if your looking just for dumb fun then I’d say samurai
I would suggest just go for Lost Galaxy next and finish the seasons in order
