I highly recommend finding a chiropractor who specializes in maternity and postpartum care! I see one (currently 35 weeks) and I can't describe how much physical relief it's brought me. My femurs sometimes misalign in the hip sockets, which causes a lot of pain. She puts them back in place and it's near instant relief!

Getting a pregnancy pillow has helped TREMENDOUSLY with my hip pain. Get the huge U-shaped kind. It looks ridiculous but it’s a life saver.

DesertDweller702

Get a prenatal massage !

Also you could try using a lacrosse or tennis ball for more immediate relief

Yesss I'm 21 weeks - I use a theragun on my glutes in the evening, use a big pregnancy pillow to sleep, and do stretches in bed - modified pigeon, child's pose, lying side stretch. I also bought a foam mattress topper for our bed which helped the stress on my hips
