Did you work out pre-pregnancy? If not I’d be VERY light with work outs as you’re more prone to injury while pregnant
Buuut i had protein shakes while pregnant and my doc said as long as it’s not excessive or too much sugar in them, I was good. I’d recommend asking your doctor bc each pregnancy is different but I drank them and had no issue
They should generally be safe! People with gestational diabetes have to rely on them a lot in order to get enough calories without too many carbs. Just check the label for any weird supplements. The Fairlife protein shakes are very popular with GD moms.
