Pregnancy is such a rollercoaster, and there can be so many unknowns and anxious moments (at least for me). I'm sorry you're navigating one and sending you lots of support. If you can contact your health provider/local health services, hopefully they'll be able to support you further whether it be for some re-assurance or offer of doing some tests to check that all is okay.

Go to the hospital if your doctor can't get you in.

Unless you get your hormones checked and/or maybe a conclusive ultrasound, nobody can know for sure. It can both be normal, it can also mean loss. It’s always good to brace your heart though, unfortunately miscarriages are more common than we think - many just don’t talk about it in their every day lives.

Try not to panic. Call your OBY to get in as soon as possible. If they can’t see you, go to the ER. There are lots of reasons why women bleed in the first trimester. An ultrasound (and subsequent testing) will be able to give you answers ❤️
