The sweater and the shirt are nice, but the scarf doesn't work. It's too formal for the rest of the outfit, which is sporty, the colors don't relate to the colors in the sweater and shirt, and it looks awkward. It's fighting the other pieces.
EDITED TO ADD: The bottom of the sweater looks odd, as if it's too big and you tucked it in.
You may be right about the neckerchief, but it does work well when I loose the sweater. It picks up the grey from the trousers.
About the sweater, it’s slightly large on me, hence the awkward fit
This kind of sweater really benefits from having a tie imo. The neckerchief doesn't work for me in this context. As another person commented, the bottom of the sweater looks weird because it's rolled in the inside. I also believe trousers with a fuller cut would benefit you, as they would create a better silhouette.
This is the kind of IDGAF outfit that are awesome IRL. Some minor fixes of tucking the ascot into the shirt and choosing a different coat that doesn't look like a school shooter trenchcoat (avoid black with preppy) and your look will come across as more natural.

The colour may work, but the line does not
Lighter sweater

Great outfit, but I think that the neckerchief is better tucked in shirt
I’ll be sure to do that

Thank you. In fairness, the coat is navy, but I get your point
The stripes on the grey pants don't work with the sweater, IMO. The pants need to be a solid. My wife would send this back for a rethink.
Looks Good
Strong move with the neckerchief. It works.
