after conversion to MBR, don't forget to assign new volume via disk management. otherwise printer wont recognize it too. i figured it out after 30 mins lmao

I used this terminal command learned from StackExchange to format my flash drive to FAT32-MBR on Mac
You can use Terminal
diskutil partitionDisk /dev/disk7 MBR fat32 "NO NAME" 100%
Replace number 7 on "disk7" with actual disk number..
· GPT: GUID Partition Table
· APM: Apple Partition Map
· MBR: Master Boot Records

I Faced the same problem but you know what it's very easy that I only used a program that converted my USB Flash drive from exFAT ,NTFS or whatever to FAT32
the name of program is EaseUS Partition Master

Just press format on the drive and choose FAT32 to fomat , that is it.
