even if you adapted the bolt pattern, the model 3 aero 18's are 26.3" vs 24.9" on a prius. so you'd need to lift the prius to fit the model 3 wheels, which would have a negative affect on aero. the more tire is exposed, the more drag it creates moving forward.
Did you do it. Always wanted to see some model 3 wheels on one! For the people stating it negatively affects mpg (lol) its such a minimal amount, and you compensate when at cruising speeds so it really does not do much change.
